KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT I Deependra Kumar,

Partner, J.K. Logistics, Flot No. 4, Ground Floor, B, Block, Shebang
Apartment, Basapura, Bangalore, do hereby appoint my Staff Mr. S.
Ashok aged about 36 years S/o. Swamynathan, residing at
Kurubarapalli Village, Kakkanpura Post, Krishnagiri District, as my
attorney in my name and on my behalf and the attorney has
consented to act as my agent.

WHEREAS I am Partner LORRY EICHER 11.10 bearing Reg. No. KA-

51-A-5336 and the same has been involved in a Road Traffic Accident
on 18.03.2013 and the Kumarapatna police, Haveri District. The said
Lorry and the vehicle has been seized by the Kumarapatna police, I
am unable to go to police station and court for releasing my Lorry
involved in the accident and to take care of the legal proceedings.

Now therefore I Deependra Kumar, Partner, J.K. Logistics, do hereby

authorize my Staff Mr. S. Ashok, as my attorney to do the following
acts, things on my behalf as my duly constituted agent and attorney
under these presents.

1. To engage or appoint any advocate for the proceedings in the above

said Accident case registered by Kumarapatna police, Haveri District.

2. To make and present to the court any application in connection

with the above said case.

3. To appear before the police and court to sign any

application/document to release the Lorry involved in the accident.

4. To produce or summon or receive back documentary evidence in

future if necessary.

5. To receive summons from court.

6. To prefer any appeal before the competent court with respect to the
said case.

7. To obtain copies of documents and papers and decree copies.

8. Generally to do all lawful acts necessary for the said case.

I hereby agree that all acts, deeds and things lawfully done by my
said attorney shall be construed as acts, deed and things done by me
and I undertake to ratify and confirm all and whatsoever that my said
attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done for me by virtue of the

No. 182, 3rd E Cross, Judges Colony, Basaveshwaranagar, Bangalore
- 560 079 do hereby appoint my father Mr. R. Dharmaraj aged about
60 years S/o. Rajamani, residing at No. 182, 3 rd cross, Judges colony,
Basaveshwaranagar, Bangalore - 560 079, as my attorney in my
name and on my behalf and the attorney has consented to act as my
agent.

WHEREAS I am owning HYUNDAI GETZ car bearing Reg. No. KA-02-

MA-6990 and the same has been involved in a Road Traffic Accident
01.10.2009 and the Hebbagodi police, Bangalore District, have
registered a case against the driver of the said car in Cr. No.
327/2009, U/s 279, 304(A) I.P.C. and the vehicle has been seized by
the Hebbagodi police, on 09.09.2009 I have given birth to a baby boy
and I am still under bed rest, I am unable to go to police station and
court for releasing my car involved in the accident and to take care of
the legal proceedings.

Now therefore I Varalakshmi D. Raj do hereby authorize my father

Mr. Dharmaraj. R, as my attorney to do the following acts, things on
my behalf as my duly constituted agent and attorney under these
presents.

1. To engage or appoint any advocate for the proceedings in the above

said criminal case registered by Hebbagodi police, Bangalore District.

2. To make and present to the court any application in connection

with the above said case.
