    1.0 PURPOSE
    To check the instrument Performance or internal calibration using CRM periodically.

    2.0 SCOPE
    Testing equipment’s checked using CRM

    3.0 RESPONSIBILITY
    Technical Manager/Laboratory Supervisor

    4.0 PROCEDURE:
    1) Check plan of instruments using CRM
    2) Equipment performance records using CRM as per scheduled plan

    5.0 FREQUENCY: Schedule for each and every instrument is maintained as per plan

    6.0 RECORDS: Separate records are maintained for:


    a) CRM list
    b) Equipment check plan using CRM
    c) Internal performance check reports
