 when entering the classroom the teacher greets students or greets students

language or foreign language by using techniques or activities such as the
teacher asking last week's material that was taught in the online learning
process before permission to go to school like now is done by normal schools
as usual, so students will give response to the teacher what has been learned.
The teacher will give little by little the last week's learning material so
that students can remember a little what the teacher has taught. then when the
teacher gives new material and the material follows what the teacher says,
this is done so that students don't get it wrong because many students know
how to write it but when students read it they even get it wrong.

Weakness
 Students feel afraid, if the teacher is not able to encourage students
to be brave by creating an atmosphere that is not tense and intimate

students' thinking and easy to understand by students,

up to two or three people,
 Teachers still dominate the teaching and learning process,
 If the number of students is too many, it may not be enough time to

answer.

Suggestion:

especially the teaching method?)
 My suggestion is for teachers to see what makes students comfortable in
learning. so that in starting the learning process students do not feel afraid
of the teacher or the material that will be brought because students will feel
uncomfortable if the teacher shows an attitude that makes students afraid of
the presence of the teacher in the class, it is better if the teacher can get
closer to the students well so that students feel comfortable in learning so
there is no fear and laziness if these subjects will enter the student class
later.
