2. Job Description(Role):

Summer Internship
To work on business projects such as ‘Social media strategy’,’ Employer Branding’ and various functional
projects including, Marketing, Merchant Relations, HR, Strategic Alliances etc. Apart from your project,
contributions in our consumer marketing at Sodexo is also expected. The Consumer Marketing team is focused
on increasing the adoption rate of Sodexo meal benefit solution amongst the consumers of new and existing
clients of Sodexo across geographies.

We are looking for smart, metrics and results-oriented marketing interns who will be instrumental in improving
consumer Opt-ins and growing our business as part of the consumer marketing team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to –

▪ Completion of respective project assigned.

▪ Working in close coordination with your respective Project lead

▪ Inputs from the mentors to be implemented assigned in the respective projects

Consumer Marketing responsibilities: -

▪ Handling execution of on-ground activity and owning complete responsibility for driving adoption rate for
companies

▪ Tracking and analysing customer needs based on customer behaviour

▪ Identifying problems and opportunities and responding accordingly, engaging cross-functional teams
where necessary

▪ Analysing and sharing relevant metrics and best practices from the executed initiatives

▪ Developing, testing and analysing new tactics to increase conversion rates and sharing them within the
organization

▪ Propose new footfall-driving strategies


Who can apply

▪ The intern should be pursuing full time MBA with specialization in Marketing

▪ Available for internship between April’22 and May’22

▪ The candidate will be proficient with MS Office esp. Excel and Powerpoint

3. Duration of the Project(in weeks) 8-9 weeks

4. Location Virtual (WFH)/ Hybrid or Bangalore, Delhi,


Mumbai, (depending on COVID 19 restrictions)

5. Please mention any specific criteria required for the applicant students? (Knowledge,
Skills, Competencies and Qualification required):
• The candidate will be proficient with MS Office esp. Excel and Powerpoint

6. Stipend (per month) (INR) 20,000 Fixed + 5000 performance
