(HEALTH 8)

I. Objectives
At the end of the lesson the students are expected to:
1. Analyse the effects of cigarette smoking
a. Describe the harmful short term and long term effects smoking on the different parts of
the body
b. Discuss the dangers of mainstream, side stream or second-hand and third hand smoke
c. Explain the impact of cigarette smoking on the family, environment, community, and
country.

B. Motivation

Before we start our new lesson let’s have a game,


I prepared an activity a “PASS THE BOTTLE” to
test your stock knowledge about our topic for
today.
A bottle of knowledge will be passed, while the
music is playing and when the music stops, the
student who are holding bottle will pick a picture
with a hidden question and answer it. Is that
clear? Yes sir.
Let’s start.
