HEALTHY FOOD

Assalammualaikum and good morning to everyone. Do you know that Malaysia has
the highest prevalence of obesity among adults in South East Asia? In the 2019
National Health and Morbidity Survey, 50.1% of our adult population were reported to
be overweight (30.4%) or obese (19.7%). So how do we should overcome this issue?
To overcome this issue, we should practice a healthy lifestyle by eating healthy foods.
For example, you can drink 8 to 12 cups of water daily and Eat dark green vegetables
at least three to four times a week. This is because healthy foods can protect you
against many chronic non-communicable diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes,
and cancer. Besides, it also provides us with the energy needed for working, playing,
