I hereby acknowledge my sincere gratitude to the D.A.V. INSTITUTE OF

MANAGEMENT for giving me an opportunity to undergo BBA degree course and to
undertake this project work successfully. I got a golden chance to learn a payroll system
in BATA Company. With the limitations to my understanding I have tried my best effort
to utilize this opportunity. I am really thankful to the H.R. MR.PARSHANT
BHARDWAJ for his Encouragement and also for the liberty he gave me to encroach
upon his valuable time and offers me such a knowledgeable project which help me in
future for my own development.

I am heart fully thankful to Mr. RAJ KUMAR SHARMA, manager Personnel, for the
kind of attention & interest he exhibited in my training work and also for his valuable
suggestion, which boosted my morale tremendously. I am sincerely grateful to each and every
person in the organization but due to paucity of Space, I cannot mention here but still, I would
