Keeping in view the strict protocols of office communication in FSL, you are one
more time requested to communicate the matter through proper channel, vide my
present HOD and supervisor You are requested to forward the letter at the earliest,
possibly within this week or so for proper disposal of this work.
Furthermore, the presence of Dr. Himakshi Bhardwaj, AD (FPD) who is presently
posted at RFSL, Chanakyapuri, and Dr. Anshu, SSO (FPD) would be required in order
to see and verify the office records kept within the almirahs of chambers in room no.
21 before handing over the keys, and keeping in view the sensitive office records kept
within the rooms, their presence would be essentially required before opening the
adjacent chamber.
However, in absence of approval of sitting rooms and units of my present postings
(Security In charge, Store, NABL) at VEERA, there are no sitting office rooms &
working infrastructure available at VEERA for these units, and the lab room where in
I am sitting is already pre-allocated to the staff of Explosions and Physics Division.
Your letter sent through proper channel would support my further developmental
plans regarding sitting rooms and units of Forensic Psychology Division (including
present posting works) at VEERA. I am already in touch with senior police officers at
Begampur Police Station and various senior IPS officers for the same. Dr, Himakshi
Bhardwaj, the senior most officer of Forensic Psychology division at RFSL,
Chanakyapuri has also conveyed me all her due supports for developing the Art of the
State Laboratory in collaboration, and she has also met with the senior police officers
and various professionals of medical and other fields to set up it initially at
Chanakapuri and further at Shikh Sarai, for that she had already shown her interest
and submitting the proposals since past 6 years.
I am informed by you that the rooms and chambers of Room No. 21 are required. I
request you to kindly mention the proposed uses of the chambers within the room no.
21, and current area of Forensic Psychology at FSL Headquarter after vacating the
rooms at room number 21. So that further development plans of existing & advanced
units at newly emerging labs at VEERA, Chanakyayapuri and Shaikh Sarai may be
submitted accordingly.
I am on leave today due to some health issues. I would request you to kindly arrange
to call Dr. Himakshi Bhardwaj, AD (FPD), Dr. Anshu, SSO (FPD) on a common date
for the same, and till the time a letter through proper channel be sent at VEERA in
order to enable me to visit the lab officially. Also provide me a PPE for visiting the
lab as the counting, checking and verification work of the files would require the
assistance of other staff members and a close contact within a room space.
