Therefore the proponent conclude that, on the above rated criteria, site A is capable for the development of
the proposed project. Base on the chart above, the wining site A which is situated in Barangay Talisayan, Sitio San
Ramon as the more capable and suitable for setting the proposed “Complejo Purtuaro Maritimo de Zamboanga
(Zamboanga Integrated Seaport Complex)” the chosen is most suitable in terms of accessibility in the area
especially has potential for the “one stop shop for all”.
