COVID-19 Updates
1. Face masks will be required at all VCH events including but not limited to: General meetings,
committee meetings, socials, Health Sites, Health Fairs, and Special sites. Please bring your
own face mask. Entry will be denied if the participant is not wearing a face mask.
2. All VCH members will be required to show clearance from the daily symptom monitoring
survey at all VCH events.
3. All VCH members must be fully vaccinated (including the booster shot) unless medically
exempted and will be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or medical exemption
at each event.
4. All VCH members will be required to show proof of a negative covid-19 test result within 7
days of the event they are attending.
5. All VCH members are asked to fill out this contact tracing form if they develop any
COVID-19 symptoms after attending a VCH event.
6. If VCH members know that they are unable to attend a VCH GM due to COVID-19 related
reasons, please fill out this form in order to receive the link and password to a remote
alternative.

Requirements:
1. 3 GMs
2. Health Site or Special Site
3. Health Fair

***If you sign up for HF or HS but there aren’t enough spots, you
can substitute committee membership for one of them***

If you know you cannot meet these requirements but want to be an


active member, you must ask for substitutions by Week 8 Friday at
11:59pm
WINTER ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP

If you are not comfortable attending in-person events due to


the pandemic but still want to be an active member, email
vchbruins@gmail.com and we will try to work out an alternative
arrangement.
