I. Title:
 Bulletin board for School Activities’ Announcements

II. Description:

Bulletin board is a surface intended for the posting of public messages, for example, to
advertise items wanted or for sale, announce events, or provide information. Bulletin boards are
often made of material such as cork to facilitate addition and removal of messages, as well as a
writing surface such as blackboard or whiteboard.

In other word, it is an effective way to disseminate information to people especially to the

students

This project proposal serves as an instrument for the awareness of students and to inform
them about the academic and non-academic activities of Dagupan City National High School.

This will serve as a project of Senior High School students of the said school for they will
especially play a crucial role in making the project effective and successful.

This project will be conducted on August 4, 2017. And it will be expected to be finished
before August 6, 2017 as well as laboring and planting of bulletin boards on different areas of the
said school.

III. Rationale:

Lack of information dissemination will cause the student unproductive and ineffective.
Students often look for the bulletin boards for an important school announcements of academic
and non-academic activities. If they are uninformed they will not going to cooperate. They do
not know what is happening to their school.

As one of the students of Dagupan City National High School, we also suffering lacks of
school in terms of relaying or sharing information accurately and effectively.

IV. Objectives:

Our team aims to help our fellow schoolmates to be more updated and aware in terms of
academic or non-academic announcements of our school. This project is exclusively made for
those students who unclearly hear announcements during flag ceremony due to crowded and
noisy environment.

V. Process/Strategies:

This project will be effective if:

1. We will administer a conference to talk about the project.

2. We will gather all the president of every section in the Department of Senior High
School.
3. We will present this project to them.
4. We will ask cooperation from them and will assigned them to collect P3.00 from their
classmates.
5. We will give the collected money to the laborers of the project.

VI. Budget:

Our team aims to get from our tasked collectors P 8, 960.00.

Estimated no. of students in every classroom: 45 students × Contributions of each students:

P3.00 × Estimated Senior High School's sections: 56 sections = P 8, 960.00

2. Barena 1 pcs. P 700.00

3. Specialized Nails 20 pcs. P 500.00

4. Labor 3 workers P 200.00 (each worker)

Total P 7, 300.00

The excess money from our project will be used to other projects of our school.
VII. Evaluation/Recommendation

This project will be successful and effective as we believed and evaluated. It will be helpful
not only for the students but also for the school itself, that it might produce active and effective
students.
