I had the chance to work with and help manage Eduardo when he worked as a software
engineer building a React Native application. Several things immediately impressed me
about both Eduardo’s professional conduct and his skill set. He immediately stood out as
self-starter with an excellent work ethic. He came to the first day well-prepared and
having completed more than was expected in terms of training. I quickly found that
Eduardo could be relied on to deliver, no matter what was asked of him. I was also
impressed with his attitude – a real team player. He consistently put an impressive effort
to produce greater impact for the company even in ways where he wasn’t directly asked
to. He was professional, punctual and a pleasure to have on our team.

Technically, I was also very impressed with Eduardo. Coming in with no prior experience
in React Native, the primary technology we worked with, he picked up the necessary
technical skills very quickly and began to contribute real value earlier than we expected.
He had a great sense and understanding of what needed to be done and then reliably
and consistently produced to meet those needs. Eduardo is the type of person that could
be hired to any of a myriad of technical positions and would be able to learn and bring
great value to the team anywhere.
