By Analysis of my Autobiography, it was found that I used very less positive emotion words
to describe myself which reflects that I need to work upon my happiness and level of joy and
the way of expressing things in a better way that will help me to present differently.
Expressing has its own charm it creates joy in listening to positive words. So from various
activities and learning, now I am able to concentrate upon my weak areas and I have started
working on them by playing more conscious decisions pertaining to my life.

Your Score: __6___

Interpretation
According to this scale, the questions that were asked in the survey reflected that my state of
level is that I am satisfied with my life considering that I am pretty happy with my life.
Further things that can be improved are in the terms of current level of happiness and the way
I deal with the problems in the real life. This scale just shows the overall level of
satisfactions. More things goes into when we segment it down into different situations.
Bradbaun’s Affect Balance Scale
This scale was created in the year 1969 by Bradburn NM in the column The structure of
psychological well-being published in Chicago. It determines the positive and negative effect
on satisfaction in life and general well-being.

Interpretation
Through this exercise, I found out that, on an average my personality reflects my true being
in front of others and that is how I have observed that I need to work towards my
cheerfulness, smiley face, and easy movements in the body so that I can communicate things
properly.

Meditations
Interpretation
Meditation exercises bring a lot many changes in my thinking process. Now I am conscious
about what negative thoughts arrive in my mind and how to hold and move forward leaving it
down. Some of the meditation that I personally benefitted from was body scan meditation as
well as some mindfulness exercises which created a sense of arousing subconscious mind
into my head. Mindfulness exercises tend to help when we are in stress and some minor
breathing and having a knowledge of activities in present we can calm the situation and react
normally in more powerful way which was then degraded by high pressure.
Meditations in the space of body in mind like chakra meditation brings some more efforts and
focus which I think it will help in the wellness if practiced regularly which I aim to follow by
starting with some minor meditation exercises.

Philosophical Approaches to wellbeing

Stoics
This concept arouse me to research more about "Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy"
which is a modern day stoic way of thinking mentality which states that we should start
working on our self judgement based on small and large things in our life rather than taking
negative emotion through negative changes in life. Self Judgement and accepting the things
and accordingly fighting against is is more which is going to help in moving forward.
The Gita: Attitude to Action
This text has been the all-rounder inspiration and getting a sense of Aura of positivity and
opportunity in the surroundings. Text is very motivating and gives a sense of pleasure while
reading it.

Interpretation
I have performed well than the class average in Behavioural Inhibition Scale which is
67.85%, which reflects that more Behavioural inhibition systems are active in me which
should not be there in my trait so I have to dwell more upon the systems which need to be
improved. similar in the case of BAS, which is low in my case and should be improved
making changes in my behaviour.
Dream Analysis
It was a very unusual dream that I had during 8th September, 2020.
I was a casting director of a film and working with Mr. Anurag Kashyap. The plot takes place
in a room where script of a film is being discussed (in a familiar room/objects), and I am
playing a character of a casting director and Mr. Anurag is the producer of the film (some of
the objects related to the discussion were a pen, and paper). After a while we are joined with
a overnight famous music artist Mr. Yashraj Mukhate who composed a popular viral video
meme on "Rasode me kaun Tha" on a popular TV show "Saath Nibhaana Saathiya". Mr.
Mukhate was invited by Mr. Kashyap as he was impressed by his work on the popular meme
video. He had this exceptional skills off mixing videos and music. We wanted to hire him as
a composer in a new movie by Mr. Kashyap. Maybe we were also joined by Mr. Rohit Shetty
for his action music and Mr. Shetty would be the director of the film. A very strong bondage
of friendship occurs between Mr. Rohit Shetty and Mr. Anurag Kashyap. Mr. Yashraj
Mukhate was surprised and very happy and excited with his work and desired to work with
him. He said that the day is the best day of his life. We all signed the contract with him for
the next film of Mr. Anurag Kashyap.

Predictions from Free Association

● If I were to judge Mr. Mukhate, I would have taken liberty in explaining the project to
Mr. Mukhate and design a music which would get extremely viral all around the
world and easily recognized by the audience as related to the popular meme. In my
opinion I would love to be a part for that success where I was a contributing factor.
This dream could be also the motivating factor due to my honesty and hard work
which otherwise I am not praised for in the normal days.
● Maybe sometime all three personalities can join in my house for dinner after
discussions of the film and work.
● I will be very much appreciated for the work I did and the song composed with Mr.
Mukhate was a worldwide hit and film crosses the mark of 100 crores in just 1-2
weeks.
Present Moment Dilemma
● Maybe the scene was in Mr. Kashyap's house and the things kept in the house was
carrying some ownership of mine. Maybe some things that I had bought things from
my house to him as a gift or for a film.
● Not sure about the genre of the music to be composed, can be rock and classical mix.
● Can't comment upon the friendship of Mr. Rohit Shetty and Mr. Anurag Kashyap, but
according to their friendly behaviour they were in the scene. Not sure about they have
worked in the past together in the films.
Personal Satisfaction Identified:
Personality of Mr. Anurag Kashyap always reminds me of a producer and director who has a
very different work style and a reality goes into his films. His real (real in terms of contextual
in terms of society) work and Mr. Yashraj Mukhate's excitement led me to think over
decision of hiring him for his films. In which my satisfaction was to assess the work of Mr.
Mukhate and hire him under the guidance of Mr. Kashyap who like unique and creative
work. I successfully played a role of conveying Mr. Kashyap that Mr. Mukhate will rock if
provided the chance to work.
Apart from that I think that a sense of pride that one gets while working with big personalities
like Mr. Rohit Shetty and Mr. Anurag Kashyap and that to working on a same level was a
very good feeling and sense of maturity and leadership that I think can relate to the
satisfaction.
Premise:
Yesterday to the day I had dream or a day before, I was watching a interview of Mr. Yashraj
Mukhate with BBC news hindi for his viral video and he shared that he received the message
from Mr. Anurag Kashyap to work together and he was happy with it. Mr. Rohit Shetty's
character was a friendly one so he came from my generic mindset that he is friendly and will
be happy to work with Mr. Anurag Kashyap, Mr. Sheety's attitude was recollected from his
Interview from The Kapil Sharma Show.
Overall Learning from the Course:
● I believe that from various scales and concepts I am able to know myself from within
and I can now work on my key core areas
● Based on my strengths and weakness I can develop myself based on some activities
like Autobiography writing, writing day activities and remembering positive moments
and emotions expressed.
● Weakness is the biggest part which has to be looked and found out that it needs more
attention while working ahead, So I plan to invest time in mindfulness activities and
participate in such discussions wherever possible to discuss and Improve myself.
● Positive Emotions reflected that I need to improve my scale of happiness and always
pointed by most people surround me to get a smile always for my face which I tend to
ignore and now think that it can bring changes to positive emotions.
● I believe that Dream Analysis part that was discussed was the most crucial thing for
me because it allows us to know the unidentified or never looked desires of the mind
which could therefore be related to the present moment dilemma which was solved by
free association. A lot more emphasis I thing now I should give in analysing my
dream because the things discussed in class was very much relatable and helpful
working well and analysing things in a better way.
