This activity relates to the previous discussions conducted last September 18 & 25, 2021
and the IWA No. 1. Thus, if you failed to view and study the video lecture and the
recorded online class sent to the FB Group Chat and Google Classroom, find time to do
so.

The ultimate purpose of this activity is to enable you to craft the necessary
questions/Statement of the Problem (SOP) of the topic you select in your IWA No.1.
As stated in the previous discussions, your respective output in this Activity will be
utilized by the group where each of you will belong, thus, be responsible in making and
accomplishing this activity.

For your convenience, I included a table below to serve as guide in accomplishing this
Activity. Your task is to put in the second column 3 to 5 questions which will serve as
your Statement of the Problem (SOP). Originality of your output is very important.

You can make these in a Word document with file name (your Last Name, First Name,
Middle Initial) which you must send to our Google Classroom (Practical Research 2) or
to my email address (tmsi.arnolddecastro@gmail.com) or directly to my Facebook
messenger (Arnold Villena De Castro).

You can also write your outputs manually in a clean sheet of paper, take a photo/s of
said output and send the photo/s to the above- mentioned Google Classroom, email
address or Facebook messenger.

Moreover, you have to keep in your possession the HARD COPY of your output for
purpose of collection of the same by the appropriate school employee/staff.
