Healthy Mix Hub was formed as a general partnership consisting of 4 partners, namely: Champagne
Centino, Grant Dimay, Ruffa Obera, and Roman Yabora. These partners are accountable on the basis of pro
rata and subsidiarily (25% each) in the business since all are considered as general partners. All of the
partners will be sharing the same percentage of profits or losses and will be liable solidarily with the
partnership for whatever the partnership is responsible for. The partnership will be operating for commercial
and for profit purposes wherein each partner will contribute capital and industry into the business.
This form of business organization has a number of advantages, including ease of registration and tax
affairs. Also, the business co-owners have no particular requirements, can control the business directly, and
can make or settle organizational decision-making through a majority vote. In addition, the partners are taxed
on their percentage of the business's partnership's earnings. Hence, Healthy Mix Hub was agreed to be formed
as a partnership.

d. Project Timetable
Project Schedule
The goal or objectives of a business are set to be achieved. The achievement of these goals can be
achieved by carefully planning and organizing the precise business actions to be carried out. The proportion of
a project schedule is very important. Thus, this will help in concretizing the said processes/sequences.
Within this time frame, the feasibility study will be completed, and the researchers will have done a
thorough investigation, including interviews and surveys. It also entails a market, technical, and financial
feasibility review of the business.
During this time, the proponents' cash contributions for the capitalization of the business will be
collected. Capitalization ranges from P2,000,000 to P3,000,000, implying that putting up the requisite
capitalization will take longer.
The owner will have to canvas for store equipment, furniture, and other supplies for the food business,
with the goal of getting the best deal possible while maintaining excellent quality. Priority is given to the person
who will make the best offer.
Areas of consideration: Orders and Receipts of Tables, Chairs, etc. and Other Supplies (Ingredients)
Orders of store equipment and other supplies should be listed for the purpose of monitoring. Receipts
should be issued to determine the mode of payment.
During this time, the store equipment and other supplies/equipment that will be needed by the business
to provide exceptional service should be delivered and installed.
During this period, the partners will train its employees/workers for the different jobs assigned.
The business will start during this period. Its goal is to give quality service at the most affordable price
possible.
