Interpretation:

1. There were 20 out of 20 participants attended during the 2 batches of training

conducted. Training was indeed considered significant for Medical and lay rescuers as to
the occurrence of any emergency that they foresee to arise from any household or to
any facility because of this 100% attendance.
2. A pre-test was given in the first day and post-test was given in the final day. Test
comprises 25-item equivalent of questions. Results show a general increase in the
median and mean scores and a decrease in the range of scores in both batches. This
signifies significant learning, knowledge and comprehension from participants of the
said training.

100% passed the skills tests in demonstrations that cover CPR for infant, pedia, and
adult and rescue breathing alone for infant, child and adult who show signs of circulation but
have no or inadequate breathing. They met the requirement of at least 75% rating.
3. Evaluation tool is rated from 1-5; 1 strongly disagree, 2 disagree, 3 neither, 4 agree, 5
strongly agree. Generally, participants agreed that preparation was given enough time,
content and delivery were sufficient and speakers were knowledgeable enough.
4. Training venue did not meet the standard of the participants when it comes to its
accessibility, quality of food and attitude of the hotel personnel. Specific comments
include that food served was inadequate to the number of persons to be served.
Accommodation of facilitators is not good, it was overcrowded and has pungent smell.
Only 2 rooms were provided and use of air-conditioning unit was limited. There was no
coordination/endorsement among waitress & front desk on the services provided to
customers.
