Labor cost and skill

Manufacturing is usually one of the more known operational costs for manufacturing operations

and, therefore, one of the best geographical variables. As a general rule, environmental site

optimization measures can generally be reduced to a trade-off between labor costs and supply

chains, where companies often work to achieve the significant reduction in labor costs for

additional supply chain costs rising in nominal terms. This paradigm can be seen in China, where

Malaysian companies operate in Malaysia to serve markets, and in Europe, where nominations of

Eastern European countries for direct investment are related permitting in the supply chain to

support Western Europe's revenue markets. Despite the rising cost of labor in some developing

countries in the world, there are striking differences in labor costs between China and the

countries. In Malaysia, the difference in labor costs between high and low cost locations can be

easily ranged from 10 percent to 25 percent, numbers related to location decisions. However,

manufacturing differences are most highlighted in comparison with high-cost and low-cost

countries. Figure 2 shows the difference in total labor costs for skilled workers (two years

experience) and no practice (less than six months experience) between the United States and

Thailand and China - the two main destinations for foreign direct investment in Asia. Such

comparisons show that US costs are 10 to 15 times.

Community factor

In competition for the expansion and transfer of heating projects, EDO is seeing the value of

formulating community strategy plans to attract companies to consider their territories. Strategic

plans recognized by economic development projects (EDO) show the need to do something

different from what they did before - the need, in other words, must be efficient and progressive to

compete globally. Strategic plans must provide the basis for a realistic and cost-effective effort to

improve the economic community and strengthen its commitment to achieve and sustain these

efforts. This is also evidence of EDO's ability to work together and develop consensus to make

good financial decisions and enhance the image and branding of the community. EDO's hoping

that strategic plans may not be important for some companies, but the lack of such plans can

affect the future of expansion or transition projects that can have unique employee needs. For

example, incentive packages often include claw backs that will punish companies if they fail to

survive job creation promises. But if the community does not have enough worker pipes, the best

business goals will be a problem with adding employees. This is something that EDO believes will

provide employees with the needs of the company; the other for EDO has a real plan to do it.

Transportation Cost

Location of economic activity is basically based on the geographical concept of the site and its

conditions. This site includes several position features, while conditions related to position

relationships are related to other locations. Historically, suitable sites for defense or trade are

important factors in urban areas. This perspective can continue to be expanded by interdependent

factors in global urban locations: Connectivity. The city is located at the loading point where the

load is moved from one mod to another, connecting two or more traffic systems. This is especially

true for port cities, which account for many beaches in most of the world's largest cities. Its

proximity, the city is located close to the main (or more) sources and functions as a convenient

collection, distribution and transformation center. Sources can be located in certain places (for

example, Mining) or include areas (eg Agriculture) Accessibility. The city provides a supply of

interior goods and services with the size of its density function. Roads and trains, road and rail

infrastructure provide different structural and structural effects based on access and density levels.

In addition to reducing transportation costs, efficient roads and trains support high-level economic

activities. For rail transport, terminals also have an important impact on joint position with the

establishment of land ports. Telecommunications does not provide certain local influences, but the

quality of regional and national telecommunications systems tends to facilitate transactions.

Telecommunication systems benefit from greater densities as they are more effective in providing

customer support.

Customer Conveniece

Position decisions are often very important for large and small companies. Localization decisions

have a direct impact on operating costs and their ability to serve customers (and therefore their

income). Perhaps the most important thing. Many companies need to be where customers feel

fast, easy, and cheap to access the services offered. Fast food must be close to the customer's

feet, that is strong and not hidden from view. Gardens in the country are far away from the most

important population centers. A 2002 study found that something called "structural orientation" -

general customer preferences for simple goods and services - had a strong impact on purchasing

decisions7. The research also showed that a good understanding of the structure of services

influences the overall assessment of services. Although a separate study in 2007 found that

comfort was the most important factor in decision making. Millions of dollars have been spent on

patent litigation with one click, because convenience has a major impact on the customer's

decision to become involved in the service and can really reduce service costs.
