Pre-requisites:

• Position: Consultant
• Compensation: 10 LACS per annum (including variable pay – 7%)
• Qualifications: MBA – Full time (Operations, Marketing, HR)
• 70% throughout their career
• Willing to work in Hyderabad / Pune / Bangalore offices (if required)

• Roles and Responsibilities
• Collect/Analyze - Sales, Service business processes
• Design and document - Implement best practice for customers using Oracle and/or Salesforce
tools and methodologies
• Identify gaps in system vs. business process and suggest suitable solution options to business
• Build Oracle and/or Salesforce CRM processes and applications as per business needs

Coordinate with team members in other work streams and make sure processes are aligned with
business requirements

Train users on how to use Oracle and/or Salesforce applications
