I consider this as a type of speech community for it has the attributes to be one because
there are person that can be describe as a community and also they are exchanging
words and speeches. Where the Brgy. Capt. Is instructing the purok to be mindful on
the proper waste disposal. This speech community can be also called a “FORUM”

The thing distinguise them from other community was their is a mix on formal and
informal introduction of speech where you should be flexible in term of your speech in
order for you and the others to understand each other.

Their language is chracterize to be unique for at time as they can be called vernacular
or mostly used by ordinary people. Where they are able to express their thoughts
directly on the listener without hesitation.
