(Angola) for 3 weeks

the manager /stakeholders that can directly be related to the project.

Project Objective

To plan a trip for an university to 3 weeks to Destin, Luanda in Angola the week of october
10 , 2021 – november 1 st ,2021 within a budget of fcfa 500,000,000 .This budget is choose
to handle 20 students maximum

Milestones

• Prepare a budget: october 1st , 2021

• Decide on the trip date: May 1, 2021
• Rent of hotel rooms : May 6, 2021
• Make a check to know all the participants to extablish a number : July 16, 2021
• Service planes , make sure they can handle all the students : July 22, 2021
• Purchase parcipants plant tickets : september 25, 2021
• Reservations for activies areas : september 30, 2021

Technical Requirements

• Food for 20 for 3 weeks

• 10 hotel rooms for 20 students .
• 2 functional cars to drive to the airport and come take us after the trip

Communication will allow us to know what our customers expect from us through this trip, to allow
us to better take the necessary precautions to satisfy them. In the meantime, we will build trust
between customers and suppliers and if we decide to schedule a new trip they will not hesitate to
participate. But also communication permit to get feedback about our services in other to improve
it .
