Projects Auto-SSR Enhancements

INFANT Linking
Client Sabre
Organization Coforge Ltd.
Duration September 2020 to November 2021
Description Auto-SSR :-
Auto-SSRs are SSRs which are automatically added to PNR when
Ancillary services are opted. Current these SSR can be added, deleted
and modified manually in agencies. In this project, we have restricted
addition, deletion and modification of these SSRs in agencies where
Auto-SSR indicators are ON.

INFANT Linking :-
This project is an enhancement to not to allowed travel of INFANT with
CHILD and vice versa. Currently our systems allow linking INFANT with
child passenger. Under this project we have restricted INFANT linking
with a CHILD passenger. Error message is displayed on systems that
CHILD is not allowed with INFANT.

Project Premium Economy – Reservation & DCS

Client Emirates Airlines
Organization Innovation Direct Employment Services - Interglobe Technologies
Duration April 2019 to May 2020
Description Premium Economy - Reservations :-
In this project, we are introducing a 4th cabin and making a space for
seats in the seat database system. Seat Selection record is used to
store seat mask in new database layout (compatible with 6
compartments) in order to enhance seat mask for additional cabins,
Facilities, Zone characteristics and to enable single version changes in
future.
This is a multi-partition, multi ordinal file with 0-4999 ordinals defined
for EK-host. Based on requirement for other hosts, more ordinals can
be defined for other partitions.

Premium Economy - Departure control system :-

In this project, we are introducing a 4th cabin and making a space for
seats in the aircraft configuration. Touched aircraft configuration in
new database layout (compatible with 6 compartments) in order to
enhance seat mask for additional cabins, Facilities, Zone characteristics
and to enable single version changes in future.
Right now, configuration consists of 3 cabins, now we have made it
compatible with 6 cabins. 4th one will be premium cabin.
Role and  Solution Designing
Responsibilities  Coding and Unit Testing(Assembly)
 Documentation (TDD, ICL, UTP/UTR)
 Functional testing support
 Defect and dump fixing
 Implementation and documentation.
 Post implementation support

Project zTPF Delta Migration Project (RES)

Comfort Plus – Loyalty

TCS-Delta Air Lines Confidential Page 3 of 5

SPI - Corporate Recognition
Other Airline PNR Re-Indexing Up
Delta Development BAU
Client Delta Airlines
Organization Interglobe Technologies
Duration August 2013 to April 2019
Description zTPF Delta Migration :-
This project deals with migrating the Delta Airlines code to ZTPF
environments (64 bit) which were presently in TPF4.1 (32 bit)
Environment. The process involves remediation of existing code in both
4.1 and then in Z environment to maintain compatibility and stability
In both environments.

Comfort Plus – Loyalty :-

Passengers can now book and pay for a Comfort+ seat either as a
revenue ticket, an upgrade certificate or an award ticket. Passengers
choosing not to buy in the Comfort+ cabin can elect to be upgraded
into the cabin based on eligibility, inventory and time prior to
departure. This is similar to how Elite Complimentary Upgrades work
today for the Premium Cabin.
If a passenger is eligible for one or both upgrade cabins, an SSRFQTU
will be created for each flight, each passenger and each cabin where
applicable and added to the PNR if the passenger(s) have opted in.

SPI - Corporate Recognition

Corporate travelers are identified by ticket designators, tour codes and
OSI OIN remarks.  There are known issues with using these to identify
corporate travelers throughout the travel ribbon.  As such, the team
has been working to insert a Sales Partner ID (“SPID”) into tickets and
PNRs after Delta receives the issued ticket and validates the company.
The Sales Partner ID Management Application has been stamping Sales
Partner IDs (SPIDs) on PNRs including all its tickets. These SPIDS are
being sent downstream from Deltamatic to BEDS, TEDS and other
downstream data stores for consuming applications (e.g. VIPER, Online
Check-in).

Other Airline PNR Re-Indexing Up - Loyalty

In this project, process will update an OA SSRFQTV in a DL PNR when
the status of the passenger has changed. The FQTV in the PNR
provides the tier of that passenger which can range from a general
member to the highest medallion level. If a general member becomes
a Silver Medallion or a medallion reaches a higher level or degrade to a
lower level, the FQTV in the PNR will be updated. This allows the OA
passenger to receive the correct benefits when they travel on Delta.
TPF currently receives updates of these tier changes and stores the
changes in OCDB. Now, TPF will also keep track of OA accounts that
have a change in status and update their PNRs via a new job which will
run whenever a file from an OA elite partner is received.

Development of new functionality. Worked on the RC’s and
enhancements related to Loyalty functionality.
