Topic: I will survive: struggles and frustrations of Parents During the Pandemic
A. Research Design
~In this study, the case study technique was used. This design is a critical examination of
a specific issue and a strategy for condensing a large field of research into a manageable
topic. This design is appropriate for the study since it focuses on obtaining information
about the challenges and frustrations of parents (during the pandemic) during the
pandemic. Its goal was to get a greater knowledge of one's own personal experiences,
which would then be analyzed in order to formulate solutions that might be enforced.
This method is appropriate for the study since it uses qualitative techniques like
interviews to identify parents' struggles and frustrations throughout the pandemic.

B. Sources of Data
Local and Population of the study
~The population of the study was compared of parents in Barangay Patac, Sto Tomas, La
Union

Sampling Design
~The participants for this study were chosen using the Purposive Sampling method.
Respondents are chosen based on their experience and the researchers' desire.

C. Instrumentation and Data collection

~The researchers asked the parents in Brgy. Patac if they could interview the identified
students in order to collect the relevant information. To get information from the
subjects, the researchers used the interview technique. The researchers posed pertinent
questions focusing on identifying parents' challenges and frustrations throughout the
pandemic. The researcher was the one who conducted the interview. They recorded the
dialogue between the interviewer and the interviewee using an audio recording. In
addition, the interviewer softened the interviewee's response before beginning the
analysis.

D. Data Analysis
~The information gathered was analyzed in order to produce a correct and
unambiguous interpretation. The reactions, challenges, and disappointments of parents
were determined using the interview approach. The replies were meticulously recorded
before being further analyzed to uncover the themes. In addition, open-coding was
employed in the study's overall theme analysis.

LESSON#1:COLLECTING DATA THROUGH OBSERVATION AND INTERVIEWS

EXPLORE
Activity 3.1.3
1.) You can monitor or observe a process or scenario that you are assessing as it occurs
when you are seeking to comprehend an ongoing process or situation through
observation. Interviews are used to gather data from a small group of subjects and a
wide variety of themes, whereas surveys are used to collect data from a large group of
subjects and a wide range of topics.

2.) The constructed interview. Because it's more like a free-flowing discussion in a
structured interview, you can readily employ communication skills. The interviewer can
ask new questions to clarify the interviewee's words. Aside from that, the interviewee is
allowed to respond in a spontaneous and uncontrolled manner.

3.) The semi-structured interview is a special form of interview that may be used to obtain
data using the interviwee approach. I believe this approach is appropriate for this study
since the interviewee may answer the questions on his or her own terms, and it can be
used to examine participant confidentiality.

4.) Thoughts, feelings, and beliefs are plunged thoroughly into personal and delicate
subjects.

Activity 3.2.1

Interviewee: So, Let’s go right into it and tell me how did you start as a Basketball player?

Athlete: That has been something that I was always a fun of various league by already as a kid.
Technically, I would suppose I started by learning the basic skills at the age of five, forcefully
somewhat. First, I didn’t like it, but I always appreciated how skills and game was put
together. So, I spent than just a lot of time doing movement exploration and manipulation
and just finding my way. It was kind of a passion that it got me deeper and deeper into it, just
by chance. So, yeah that’s kind of the start of my passion in playing the sports.

Interviewee: and did you consider yourself a competitive player in the beginning or was it just
an organic slow process of becoming one?

Athlete: you know, I honestly never considered myself as a basketball player. I just considered
myself a person that was interested in this. I guess you can call me a basketball team
member, but a competitive athlete for me is somebody who has some training in this and a
lot of what I do is self-taught.

A soul of Passion A true passion needs to have a soul of
perception of dreams a soul of
competiveness and this cames in you and in
order to start a Journey in sports you need to

~ Because individuals don't want to pay a higher price or can't afford to pay a higher price, they
want to be practical, and others may not think it's worth it to spend their money on that
matter.

Conclusions Recommendations
As a result, I believe that the majority of Stop buying and selling pirated movies by
people who view illegal films or sell pirated supporting them and having sufficient
movies do so for a variety of reasons, but the knowledge
primary reason is that they have enough
money to buy and watch illegal movies.

1. The study's importance refers to how well it stands out, to whom it is important, and to
whom it can assist. The recommendation is based on what you command as well as
what you can propose. That is the distinction between the two, but the commonality is
that both aim to demonstrate the importance of research in many aspects.
2. The recommendations you make in your research paper are critical to the strategies you
have in place to further your field of study. Recommendations are additional guidelines
that you want others to follow while doing future research.
