A. SITE SURVEY
Allow for the preliminary soil investigation data
verification through conducting special boreholes to a
minimum depth of 900mm and a maximum depth of
2400mm, with related tests, examinations and

B. SITE CLEARING AND LEVELING
Site Clearing to include removal of site obstacles,
rocks, trees etc and removal of all debris from site.
Cut in soil, to the required Levels for the building
areas and as required on drawings for the road areas,
green areas etc. Include back filling with excavated
suitable soil, or imported approved materials,
removal of extra soil, debris, and organic materials to
the approved sites specified by authorities. Back filling
material shall be applied on layers, 200
mm thick, watered and compacted to min 95%
according to modified AASHTO Density Test T-180 9,880 M2 970 9,583,600
C. EXCAVATION FOR ROAD WAYS
Excavation for roadways as provided in design
drawings; from reduced level suitable level for sub-
base based on approved CBR tests results to the
dimensions and levels shown in the
drawings. The price here includes back filling with
excavated suitable materials, or imported approved
materials up to bottom of base coarse, removal of
extra and unsuitable soil. Provide well compacted
base coarse. Back filling
 material shall be applied on layers, 20cm thick,
watered and compacted to 100% to comply with
modified AASHTO F.D.T (T-180). Base coarse shall be
watered and compacted to 100% to comply with
modified AASHTO F.D.T (T-180).Price includes
watering, leveling and compacting of

D. HOARDING OF SITE AND PROTECTION
Allow for fencing of site perimeter using 50mm x
100mm hardwood planks as supports spaced at Ls 4,044,200
2400mm center to center and brace with 50mm x
50mm hardwood planks at three vertical levels and
also provide side bracings along the perimeter spaced
at 5000mm center to center.
