Estimate is framed in the office of the Executive Engineer.N H Division, Jalna for the probable
expenses to be incured in the work of--
b Extent of priliminary :- This highway start from its junction with NH-61
near Ahmednagar in state of Maharashtra &
connecting Chincholi patil, Kada, Ashti, Jamkhed,
Tamba Rajuri, Therla, Pithi, Rajuri Navgan and
terminating at its junction with NH-52 near Beed in
the state of Maharashtra. This Road is recently
declared as New National Highway No. 561 vide
gazette no. 13E of Govt.of India dated 3rd January
2017. In this highway stretch the wearing surface of
carriageway has mostly worn out.
c Broad features showing the :- The existing road surface is badly damaged. This
existing position and road is recently upgraded to NH so this stretch needs
improvements desired immidiate renewal.

2) Certified that the rates adopted in the Estimate are as per the sanctioned SSR of
Maharashtra State for year 2020-21 wef 01/10/2020.
4) Certified that leads for Materials provided in the Estimate are Minimum.
5) Certified that all the provisions made in the Estimate are as per latest instructions and
circulars.
1. Certified that the estimate is checked 100% arithmetically in the National Highway Division,
Jalna.
2. Certified that the rates adopted in the Estimate are as per the sanctioned SSR of Maharashtra
State for year 2020-21 wef 01/10/2020.
1) Certified that the Patches Proposed for B.M. are personally verified by me and necessary fill
up.
3) Proposal :-
Following provisions are made in the estimate
1 BT Surface is worn out big pot holes on surface so 10 % Pot holes & Camber
correction filling by 50 mm BM with 3.4% Bitumen is considered
2 Overlay with 50mm DBM 4.5% Bitumen for 29% area and Wearing course 30
mm BC is considered for entire area.
3 Construction of Hard murum side shoulders with approved material obtained
from borrow pits with watering and compcation.
4 Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorizing
GlassBeads on Bituminous Surface.
5 Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised informatory signboard,
Cautionary/Warning sign boards in Equilateral Triangle 900 mm.
Mandatory/Regulatory sign boards in circular shape of 600 mm dia Cat Eyes
etc.
4 ) Authority :-
The above said work proposal is approved Periodical Renewal Plan 2020-21
vide CE letter No CE(NH)/P-2/PR 2020-21/2549/2020, Dated 15-09-2020 at Sr.
no. 00 for Rs. 8.25 Cr. for 10 km Stretch.
5 ) Rates :-
The rate adopted in the original estimate are as per eSSR 2020-21 of
State Level which is based on Ministry's Data book for rate analysis. The
Bitumen rates considered in the Estt is wef 01/10/2020.
6 ) Specification
The work will be executed as per M.O.S.T specifications for Road and
Bridges 2013 Edition and as directed by Engineer in Charge
Defect liability period for this work is 1 Years
7 ) Estimte Cost :-
The cost of work Rs. 799.91 Lakh
This road was inspected by Executive Engineer and Sub Divisional
Engineer National Highway Division, Latur on Dated 20.07.2020 and above
Provisions are necessarry according to Road Condition.
