OBJECTIVE/AGENDA  To conduct intervention and
remediation activities through face-
to-face home visitation, monitoring
and assessment as reflected on D.O.
no. 12, series 2021.
HIGHLIGHT OF THE ACTIVITY  All senior high school teacher-in-
charge of the home visitation
arrived at 7:30 am at Barangay
Hiloctogan, Kananga, Leyte

 At exactly 7:30 am the teacher

starts with the home visitation.

 Teachers visited the students living

near Hiloctogan proper like Joshua
James Pepito.

 Teachers found out that student

sometimes fail to submit his
modules on time because he was
working part-time in their own
farm.

 Teachers then visited the students

living in Sitio Bininggasan, Barangay
Hiloctogan, like Caputol, Neljun,
Caputol, Wenceslao, and Donaire,
Jemar.

 In the case of Caputol, Wenceslao

and Caputol, Neljun, both failed to

answer their modules and perform
their activities because both are
addicted in playing mobile legends.
They also added that modules were
lengthy and wordy, which make
them feel lazy to study and read.

 The teachers instructed them to

give time reading and studying their
modules and to minimize mobile
gaming. Teachers also encourage
the students to approach their
teachers and seek help whenever
they are confused.

 The teachers also visited students

living in Blue Horizon Residence,
such as, Superales, Angelo, Dela
Torre, Kim Justin, and Tumampo,
Marlon.

 Although the three of them

organized a study-group, they only
meet sometimes since Dela Torre
and Tumampo are having part-time
jobs. Despite forming a study-group,
they also reported that some of the
subjects are just difficult to
understand without the teacher
helping them.

 All of the students promised to do

better in the upcoming third and
fourth quarter to improved their
grades.

 Parents also promised to guide their

children and to remind them of

their tasks and obligations as a
student.
