一、人工操作流程说明 WASHING PROCESS SET

1、操作界面按“流程”键进入流程设置界面
Press the “Process” button to enter the process setting interface.
2、当对应选项为红色时，洗车过程跳过该流程
When the button is red, the function is not actived.
3、底盘后设置为延时后，车停到位后等待启动延时设置的时间后机器启动；
设置为按键后需按启动键启动机器
The “button” behind the “Chassis wash”,if the button set “delay start”,the
washing will start automatically in the set time,if the button set “press button to
start”,the operator have to press the “start” button to start the washing.
4、泡沫 A 后设置为延时后，喷洒完泡沫 A 要延时泡沫 A 时效所设置的时间
后继续下一流程；设置为按键后需按启动键继续后面流程
The “button” behind the “foam A”,if the button set “delay start”,the washing will start automatically in the set time,if the button set “press
to start”,the operator have to press the “start” button to start the washing.
5、泡沫 B 后设置为延时后，喷洒完泡沫 B 要延时泡沫 B 时效所设置的时间后继续下一流程；设置为按键后需按启动键继续后面流程

5、魔彩后设置为延时后，喷洒完魔彩要延时泡沫 B 时效所设置的时间后继续下一流程；设置为按键后需按启动键继续后面流程
The button behind the “Colorful foam”,if the button set “delay start”,the washing will start automatically in the set time,if the button set
“press to start”,the operator have to press the “start” button to start the washing.
6、按刷卡流程按键进入刷卡流程
Press the “VIP card set” to set the washing process.
二、刷卡流程说明 VIP CARD SET
1、刷卡流程共有四种洗车方式，每种洗车方式有 10 个洗车步骤，每种方式的
底盘是否开启，喷水速度，喷沫速度，风干速度都可以单独设置。
VIP card set includes 4 washing modes,under each there are 10 washing
processes.all the processes can be set freely.
2、洗车步骤的执行顺序为由左到右，先上后下。当洗车步骤执行到结束时，不
管结束后是否还有选项，洗车完成。如果所有步骤都有选项，则执行完所有选
项后洗车完成
The order is from left to right,from up to down,the washing is done if any of the
process to be set “End”. if all the process set with option(except for End),the
washing is done when all the processes are done.
3、循环水对应强度 1 的冲水强度， 清水对应强度 2 的冲水强度
“Recycled water” is “Washing strength 1”, “Pure water” is “Washing strength 2”.
4、设置完流程后点击保存并返回才能保存洗车方式
Press “save and exit” to save the setting.

三、参数设置 1 PARAMETER SET 1

1、全自动执行延时（启动延时）：汽车停好后等待机器启动的时间。流程中
底盘选项后面的延时选项时启用。单位：s
Delay start: the time that before the washing start automatically after parking
the car in position,will be functional when the “Chassis wash”is activated.
2、泡沫 A 时效：喷洒完泡沫 A 等待的时间，流程中泡沫 A 后的延时启动时启
用。单位 s
Foam A time:the time that the washing start automatically after foam spray
done,will be functional when the “Foam A” is activated.
3、泡沫 B 时效：喷洒完泡沫 B 等待的时间，流程中泡沫 B 后面的延时启动时
启用。单位 s
Foam B time:the time that the washing start automatically after foam spray
done,will be functional when the “Foam B” is activated.
4、补偿时间：调节喷杆与车尾的距离，数值越大，距离越小。单位 0.1s
Compensated time:Adjusting the distance of the spray arm and vehicle body,the bigger the value,the smaller distance of the spray arm and
the vehicle body.
5、主机过载电流：设置主机过载电流。单位 0.1A
Main machine overload current: set the overload current for the main machine.unit: 0.1A
6、旋转过载电流：设置喷杆保护电流。单位 0.1A
Rotate motor overload current:set the overload current for the rotate motor.
7、旋转超时：设置喷杆旋转时限。单位 0.1S
Rotate overtime: set the overtime of the spray arm.
8、喷水速度：洗车时喷水的速度。单位 HZ
Washing speed: the moving speed of the spray arm.unit:HZ
9、泡沫速度：喷洒泡沫和魔彩时机器运行速度。单位 HZ
Foaming speed：the moving speed of the machine when foam spraying.unit:HZ
10、泡沫 A 延时：喷洒泡沫 A 等待所设置时间机器再运行。单位 0.1S
Foam A delay:the time before the washing start automatically after foam A spray done.unit:0.1S
11、泡沫 B 延时：喷洒泡沫 B 等待所设置时间机器再运行。单位 0.1S
Foam B delay:the time before the washing start automatically after foam B spray done.unit:0.1S
12、泡沫 C 延时：喷洒魔彩等待所设置时间机器再运行。单位 0.1S
Colorful foam delay:the time before the washing start automatically after colorful foam spray done.unit:0.1S
13、喷水延时：喷水时等待所设置时间机器再运行。单位 0.1S
Washing delay:the time before the washing start automatically
14、风干速度：风干时机器运行速度。单位 HZ.
Air drying speed.the speed of air drying.unit:HZ
15、今日洗车数量：当日的洗车洗车数量，第二天自动清零
Counting: the washing number per day,will be reset every day.
四、参数设置 2 SET 2
1、场地：当汽车入口和出口相同时，设置为后入后出，否则设置为后入前出
Site set: “back in back out” and “back in front out”
2、强度 1：流程图中第 1、2、3 次冲洗和刷卡流程中循环水的冲洗强度。标准时车头车尾每个流程只冲洗 1 次，加强时冲洗 3 次
Washing strength 1 is for the first and second washing process,in standard model,one time washing for the front and rear side of the car.in
enhanced model,three times washing for the front and rear side of the car.
3、超声波：手动操作时启动超声波传感器
Ultrasonic: start the Ultrasonic in manual mode.
4、喷杆转向：手动操作时设置喷杆的旋转方向
The rotate direction:the rotated direction of spray arm in manual mode.
5、强度 2：流程图中第 4 次冲洗和刷卡流程中清水的冲洗强度。标准时车头车尾每个流程只冲洗 1 次，加强时冲洗 3 次
Washing process,in standard model,one time washing for the front and rear side of the car.in enhanced model,three times washing for the
front and rear side of the car.
6、参数一键设置：恢复设置界面 1 中的所有参数的出厂设置
Reset:Reset all the parameters is “Parameter Set 1”.
7、开门：控制自动门打开
Roller shutrer open.
8、关门：控制自动门关闭
Roller shutter close.
9、检测距离：超声波启动后，显示超声波的检测距离
Detect distance:the detecting distance of the ultrasonic sensor.
10、模块型号：识别 AD 模块是否存在（不可更改）
Module model: identify the AD module(unchangeable)
11、模块状态：检测模块的工作状态（不可更改）
Module status:Detect the working status module.
12、超声波平均次数、起测距离、转换函数为厂家技术设定，不可随意
更改，否则影响超声波正常工作.
The ultrasonic average times,starting distance,transfer function are set by the manufacturer,do not change it.
13、近点距离、远点距离：务必在厂家技术人员指导下调整
The near-point distance and far-point distance should be follow the guide of the supplier technician.
五、洗车 WASHING
1、洗车时必须保证机器在原点位置。原点位置为：机器在最前方，前限位开关感应到限位角铁。
Make sure the machine is at the original position.the original position is at the front position,the limit plate should be detected by the
front limit switch.

2、保证喷杆在机器右侧，如上图
Make sure the spray arm is on the right side of the machine as shown in the diagram.

3、按键将机器转为自动运行状态，此时 LED 显示缓慢驶入

Set the machine in auto mode,the LED indicator showing

4、缓慢将车开入洗车间，LED 显示停车时立即停车 ，此时机器可以启动。满足以上四条才能启动机器

 Move the Vehicles slowly into washing bay and stop when LED indicator showing “STOP”,the machine can be started only when the above
4 conditions is ready.

注：停车时必须停在喷杆旋转直径内，否则有可能造成刮擦
Attention:Park the vehicle in the range of the rotate diameter of the spray arm to avoid any collision.

六、泡沫及水蜡不上液的解决方法 PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS TO THE FOAM AND WAX.

注：当洗车液或水抽空后，计量泵和自吸泵会吸入空气，吸入空气后需要排空才能正常上液 Emptying the air inside the pump before the

metering pump can work.
自吸泵排空方法 Emptying air in self-priming pump:
方法 1：关闭空压机出气阀门，打开自吸泵的注水口，把泵头里注满水，装回注水口螺丝，手动状态开泡沫 B（右图），待泡沫 B 出水
即可。
Solution 1:Close the air outlet valve of the air compressor,switch open the water inlet screw on the self-priming pump,fulfill the pump with
water,switch back the screws,set the machine in manual mode,start the foam B function(as show in the pic.) and wait for the foam B pumped
out.
方法 2：直接把自吸泵进水管接到水龙头上，手动状态开泡沫 B，打开水龙头，待泡沫 B 出水，关闭泡沫 B，关水龙头，进水管放回水
桶
Solution 2:Connect the water inlet of self-priming pump to the water supply,set the machine to “manual” mode,start the foam B function and
stop it when foam is pumped out.

计量泵排空方法：Emptying the air in metering pump

关闭自吸泵上的电源开关，松开计量泵出液口（下图），手动状态下开启对应计量泵的功能（例：泡沫计量泵排空时，手动状态时点
泡沫 B 按键），待出液口规律的喷射出液体紧好出液口即可
Shut off the power switch on the metering pump,switch open the outlet(as shown in the blow pic.)Switch the machine to manual mode,
press button on the touchscreen to start the related metering pump.stop it until the foam is pumped out.
 六、防冻排水 DRAIN OFF WATER IN WINTER
环境温度低于 0℃时，机器长时间不使用应将设备管道中的水排出，排水时
要保证气源气压不低于 0.4Mpa
Empty the water in the pipelines if machine is not used for long time when
temperature is minus.
1、关闭水泵进水阀，打开水路排水阀此时地喷开始排水
Swith off the water inlet valve of water pump,switch open the drain valve,the
ground spray will drain off the water.
2、待地喷管路水排净时，点击操作界面的阀门键使其变为红色，此时喷杆
开始排水，喷杆管路中的水排净后关闭水路排水阀即可
When the water in ground spray is drained off,press the “Valve” button to
RED,the spray arm will drain off the water,switch off the drain valve when the
water is drained off.
3、下次使用时，送电前先用手转动水泵输入轮，确保可以转动一周，然后打开水泵进水阀即可
Before next start, turn the pump wheel manually for at least one round to make sure the pump is not frozen,switch open the water inlet
valve on water pump.

4、关闭自吸泵电源开关，打开泡沫排水阀，点击泡沫 A 键使其变为红色，关闭对应计量泵，
此时泡沫 A 管路排水，待排空后关闭泡沫 A 按键。同样的方法排空水蜡管
路中的水。排水完成后关闭泡沫排水阀。
Power off the self-priming pump,open the foam drain valve,press button “Foam A” to RED on touchscreen,
stop the related metering pump,and press button “foam A” to Green when the foam in pipeline is drained off.
The way to drain off all the other metering pumps is the same to the above.
 5、再次使用时，自吸泵电源开关，打开点击泡沫 A 键使其变为红色，打开对应计量泵，泡
沫 A 正常喷洒后，同样的操作方法恢复水蜡的工作状态。
Power on the self-priming pump in next start,press button “Foam A” to RED,start the metering pump,the foam A will be sprayed out.the
way to start the other metering pump is the same to the above.

注：水泵，配比箱需要保温在 0℃以上
Attention: keep the water pump and metering pumps in above freezing temperature.

特别提示：水泵不可无水空转，缺水时应立即停机
Attention:the water pump can not idle without water,stop the pump immediately in lack of
water.
