Giriş / Summary
Bu plan IMO Kod STCW Blüm 2 kural II/ 1.6 Köprüüstü Kılavuz prosedürleri Bölüm A Paragraf II'ye göre hazırlanmıştır.
Sefer planı kalkış öncesi sorumlu zabit tarafından hazırlanıp kaptan tarfından onaylanmalıdır. Eğer varış lamanı belli değil ise
sefer planı 72 saati kapsayacak şekilde hazırlanmalıdır. Sefer planı en az iki yıl gemide saklanmalıdır.

This plan has been prepared accordig to IMO Code STCW Chapter 2 Regulatıon II'1.6 and Brirdge Procesdures Guide
Section A Paragraph II. The voyage plan should be prepared by the responsible officer and bythe master before departure
ıf destination port is unknown,the plan should be covered 72 hours advance.and the plan should kept onboard at least
2 years.

Genel Kurallar / General Rules


1.) Bir sefer bittikten sonra haritalar diğer sefer planı yapılana kadar silinmeyecektir.

1.) The charts should not be erased before the new one prepared.

2.) Sefer planı hazırlandıktan sonra sonundaki iki sayfalık kontrol listesi bütün zabitlerin ve kaptanın kontrolünde doldurulacaktır.
Sefer planındaki genel notlar kısmı yapılan değerlendirmeye göre doldurulacaktır. (Seyir tehlikeleri genel durumlar ,trafik, balıkçı
gibi etkenler göz önüne alınarak)Kaptanın standıng orderı varsa bu bölüme yazılacaktır.

2.) After plan is ready,control list on last two pages to be filled by the master and all officers

3.i) Derin sularda seyirde birincil mevkii yöntemi GPS ikincil mevkii yöntemi astronomik seyir olacak mümkünse radarla mevkii konulacaktır.
ii) Kıyı seyrinde birincil metod radar ikincil mevkii yöntemi GPS veya 3 kerteriz olacaktır.
iii) Dar kanal boğaz vb. seyirlerde birincil mevkii yöntemi görsel ikincil mevkii yöntemi radar veya GPS olacaktır.

3.i) When navigating deep waters first fixing method is GPS and 2nd. is astronomic nav. And using radar if possible
ii) Near coastal voyage first is radar,2nd. is GPS or bearing fixing
iii) When navigatin in narrow waters or canal first is visual check and 2nd. is radar or GPS.

4.) Sığ sularda seyirde ekosounder çalışacak açılış kapanış saatleri yer ve tarih kağıda not düşülecektir.Gerekli olan yerlerde UKC kolonu doldurulacaktır

4.) In shallow waters,echosounder to be on and records to be kept.Where necessary Under Keel Clearence mentioned

5.) Pozisyon aralığı ,geminin iki mevkii arasında tehlikeye düşmeyeceği bir süre olmasına dikkat edilecektir

5.) Interval between two fixed position means that the vessel is not going to in danger.

6.) İkili kontrolün amacı birincil metotla yapılan mevkiinin ikincil metotla yapılan mevkii ile kontrol edilmesidir
Mevki yapıldıktan sonra mümkün olan enkısa sürede doğruluğu kontrol edilmelidir.

6.) The purpose of cross check is to verify the first fixed is correct by the second.When make a fied position
should be check accordingly by the second fixing method.

7.) Mevkii yapma aralığı 3-6-12-30 dakika gibi saatin ondalık veya katları olmasına dikkat edilecektir.

7.) Intervals between fixes are such as 3-6-12-30 minutes

PILOTAGE and PASSAGE


It is to bear in mind that responsibility for the ship navigations is not transferred to the pilot
The officer on watch retains all his duties.
When navigating with pilot on board : maximum interval between two position : 10 min
Sea passage : maximum interval between two position : open sae 1 hrs
coastal navigation 20 min
fairways 20 min
whenever posible check GPS position with a bering anddistance from landmark,buoy….and vice
versa, at least once every watch.
NON RETURN POINT ( "ABORT All") :
PARALLEL INDEX DISTANCE
Don't pass a buoy, landmark………at a smoller distance then the one marked on the chart.

WHEEL OVER POSITION


Waypoints are small angle of alteration, alter maxumum 10 deegress rudder port a / o starboard
This recommendation does not hamper using hard over to port a / stbd if deemed necessary.

8.) Yeni BA haritaları GPS Datum 84’e göre basıldığından, GPS de Datum 84 modunda çalıştırılmalıdır
Datum 84’e uygun olmayan eski harita kullanılıyorsa haritada belirtilen düzeltmeler gemi pozisyonuna uygulanmalıdır.

8.) New edition of BA charts are printed according to GPS Datum 84.So GPS must be operated on Datum 84 mode If old
edition charts used which not published according to GPS Datum 84 then the corrections which shown on the charts
charts must be applied to ship’s fixed position.

When proceeding along the course of the fairway, keep as near to the outer limit of the fairway
which lies on her port side and green buays will stay starboard side as it is safe and practitable.

PORT and BERTHING INFO

A. STEERING FAILURE - Shift to alternative steering mode, Prepare/standby men forward to let go
anchor as necessary.Reduce speed and stop vessel if failure is uncorrected.
Let go anchor if depth of bottom permits.
B. ENGINE BREAKDOWN - (in shallow water)- Stby men forward for immediate anchoring.
(in open sea)- Drift vessel while mainteining safe distance from nearby
or passing traffic. Issue '' SECURITE '' call advice to vessels in vicinity.
C. GROUNDING/TOUCHING BOTTOM - Stop engine propulsion, Let go anchor to check momentum of
advance by dragging it to the bottom. Take sounding,assess situation
and possible damage(s). Check for Oil spill or flooding of any cargo space
or compartment. Refer to Damage Stability diagram in case of severe
damade and request assistance as necessary.
D. OIL SPILL AT SEA - Contain the source of spill e.g. close/secure overboard discharge valves, plug or
clamp pipe or line. At sea, use available oil dispersant and anti - pollution
gears. In port or coastal waters, obtain port authorization prior to use of dispersants.
E. OTHER EMERGENCIES - Restricted/reduced visibility - execute actions as per Bridge Procedures.
Dense traffic situations - Never hesitate to call Master in any case of doubt
or concern of safe navigation. Observe prudent seamanship and
compliance to the COLREGS. Keep both anchors ready for immediate
use on coastal passages.
All FFE and LSA kept in full operational order ready for immediate use.
