When people are successful, it is due to hard work. Luck does not play a
significant part in success.

As human beings, we are in constant search of success as a purpose in life, and

we see ourselves in the debate if it is completely of hard work or luck. However, I
agree with the statement that success is achieved by the hard work that each one
performs, it is preparation and perseverance that will take us to the top of success
and luck does not play an important role. As far as I’m concerned, success is
achieved by leaving the comfort zone, creating innovative ideas, and preparing
professionally.

Firstly, success is achieved when we leave our comfort zone. Therefore, we must
not be afraid of the unknown but do something new. The experience of my neighbor,
who was not successful for fear of failure. Two years ago she created an authentic
famous boutique in the city with quality products. However, since her business
became successful, she did not stop investing and generating better results. So we
can not credit luck, if my neighbor had stayed in her comfort zone hoping for luck,
she would not have achieved success.

Secondly, innovations are often a driving force in the business sector to be

successful. Furthermore, every new development starts with ideas that must be
applied correctly. If an idea doesn't work, open your mind and keep creating more
until you find the right ones for your accomplishments. For example, my neighbor
created ideas of what kind of clothes to put in the boutique or the most strategic
place in the establishment for its sales. In short, you have to be clear that merely by
constantly creating ideas can you be innovative, therefore, successful.

Lastly, today with globalization it is important that all young people prepare
professionally for a successful future. Compared to the life our parents led, in the
past, the path was greatly acute to overcome, however today we see young
graduates with advanced specialties. This is because the world is changing.
Therefore we must adapt to a world of change, of technologies, where professional
preparation is not an option, yes a lifestyle.

In conclusion, a successful person does not live in his comfort zone but creates
ideas to innovate in his business, and professionally prepare himself to reach the
peak of success. So I strongly believe that without hard work there is no success,
therefore luck does not contribute anything to this.
