POSTER PRESENTATION (NON-MODERATED) GUIDELINE

5th INA-ACC 2022

1. For Poster Presentation participants are required to send a soft copy of his/her POSTER
to the scientific committee via link attached to announcement or via e-mail to
scientific.inaacc@gmail.com at the latest of February 15th, 2022. If you upload the poster
after the designated time, we do not guarantee your poster will be uploaded successfully.
2. Maximum poster size is 15 Mb. The poster dimension is A4 (portrait) and must formatted
in PDF.

3. The poster should be a clear visual representation of your submitted abstract. Keep the
title of the poster same as in the submitted abstract.
4. Text and presentation should be in ENGLISH only.

5. The top of the poster should display the following information: title, name(s) of the
author(s), and affiliation(s).
6. Use both upper and lower case letter for general content. Make sure there is enough
contrast between the color of the text and the poster’s background. It is recommended to
use 44 Arial font style for the content of the poster.
7. The poster contents for original research or systematic review/meta-analysis are as
following: introduction, methods, results, discussion, conclusion.
8. The poster contents for case report are as following: introduction, case description,
discussion, conclusion.
9. Keep the text easy to read and concise. Avoid the use of full sentences and rather use short
text in bullet point format.
10. We encourage presenters to utilize colorful charts and graphs since they are the easiest to
read. Explanatory illustrations should be used instead of text whenever possible.
11. Use only static images and do not embed any videos or animation in your poster.

12. The poster will be available online on the 5th Intensive and Acute Cardiovascular Care
Meeting 2022 website.
13. The decision of the committee is final and cannot be contested.
14. There is also a special award for the poster with most like. So that, feel free to tell your
colleagues to click the like button on your poster at E-poster page on 5th InaACC website.
15. The prizes will be sent after the entire series of InaACC 2022 events are completed.
