During approaching to the berth, lower all mooring lines until 1 M above sea level except outer spring line (keep on deck).
Around distance 50 M to the fender, send inner spring line to the line boat. After inner spring line is shifted to the split drum,
send remaining mooring lines two by two to the line boat (breast lines - head/stern lines). Outer Spring Line will be sent using
the messenger rope. Send the heaving line from the ship to the shore, take shore messenger rope and send outer spring line.
Slack it slowly until hook on and taking slack.
Pay attention to prevent any accident on Crew, Ship and Shore structures during Line Handling for Berthing/Un-berthing. On
the departure, let go head/stern lines first then heave those lines on deck. After that let go breast lines. Spring lines should be
same procedure.
Mooring Lines to be shifted to Split-Drum at the point marked with Yellow paint. Keep more than 5 turn on the Split-Drum.
4. PREPARATION FOR LOADING
Check all Valve Positions on each Dome. (D.Gas Man, Duty Q/M)
Connect the Loading Arms.
The Vap. Arm shall be connected first, and then the Liq. Arms. (2/O, B’sn)
One Strainer (60 meshes) shall be used for the Liq. Arms.
O2 Check shall be less than 1% vol. Leak Check LIQ. Arm: 3.0kg/cm 2 VAP. Arm: 3.0kg/cm 2
Dual burning shall be stopped just before Opening CTM.
Tank Pressure shall be controlled by Vap. ESD Valve (VG-071).
5. ARM COOL DOWN (1hr - 45min )
Line up for Arm Cool Down and Additioanl Tank CD (5 hrs)
* If there a ship alongside at jetty #1, H/D might be use for maintain Tank Press during Arms C/D.
Vap. Header By-pass Valve (VG-079) shall be shut after finish line up for starting of H/D Compressors.
Set 20% Openings of Vap. ESD Valve (VG-071) and then start cooling down of H/D Compressors.
Confirm that ESD Change Over Switch of SSL has been selected to "Pneumatic line'"
Plate of over ride ESD should be switched to "NORMAL"
ESD TRIP TEST shall be carried out. (1st: Ship’s CCR, 2nd: ShoreMCR and Dock Tower).

Valves (VS-061, VS-063).(2/O B'sn)
③ Set all Liq. Filling Valve at 20% Opening (depend on tank pressure). (1/O, 3/O, Duty Q/M).
Request to start Loading Pump with slow rate (500 m3/h) depends on Tank Pressure.(C/O ⇒ MCR)
Make sure of the LNG Flow through the Manifold, then report it to the CCR.(2/O)
Report Manifold Pressure periodically. (2/O)
Make sure of the Liq. flowing into the Tank, then report it to the CCR. (Each Dome)
Loading Rate to be increased progressively up to 2500m3/h (Full Rate Loading)
① Request to start loading pump slow rate until the ship's Liquid Header Temp. gets –158 ℃
② Set Loading pump to full rate after tank pressure stabilized
(500m3/h --> 1000 m3/h --> 2000m3/h --> 2500 m3/h)
③ Safety check shall be carried out at each station when the Loading Rate is set on Full Rate.
In case of the Emergency : If the Tank Press. is increased suddenly.
① Order to stop the Loading Pump.
② Shut all Filling Valves. (VL-100, VL-200, VL-300)
③ Start the Cold Vent, if necessary. (open VG-172)

7. FULL RATE LOADING

After Full Rate, lower the Float Level Gauge and compare their Levels with CTS Showings. (D.Gas Man)
Maintain the Tank Press. around 1000 - 1100 mmAq by H/D Compressors.
Liquid Header shall be kept between 2.0 - 2.5 kg/cm2 for keeping the shore-side gate press. More than 2.0 kg/cm2.
Loading rate shall be kept 2400 - 2500 m 3/h.
Control the Tank Levels in accordance with the Loading Sequence.
Manifold, Dome and Deck Watchman check the following Points and report them to CCR.
Pay attention to Abnormal VIBRATION, NOISE, FROSTING, SOUND, LEAKAGE etc.
① Mooring Wires ② Gangway, Scupper Plugs ③ Accommodation Space ④ Water Curtain and Transit Bar
⑤ Hydraulic Unit (Tank oil level and Temp.) ⑥ Sea Surface and Weather ⑦ Cargo Lines and Valves
⑧ Manifold Pressures (Ship and Shore) & Read float gauge every hour
Notify "1 hour before Rate Down" to Shore's MPCC. (Duty Officer)
Notify "30 minutes before Rate Down" to Shore's MPCC and call up the Members for the Topping Off. (Duty Officer)
8. TOPPING OFF
Measure the float gauge level with CTS’s on each tank after Rate Down is started. (C/O, 1/O)
