Dear Nahid,

Warning letter

I write to confirm the outcome of our discussion made on 30 December 2021. The main
requirements for you were as below.
 Bring results in the office
 Make a meaningful daily report
 Your suggestions/ideas should be detailed based on the actual data with numbers
and present credibility research
 Your motivation should be seen and daily activities should be transparent
 Complete your duties / tasks on time
 Office properties that you use should be well taken care
 Follow the company rules / regulations and show your cooperativeness

Addition to above, over the past months, you have failed to meet the standards required by
the company in the following respects. The reasons you pointed out are;

1. Holiday season – People are out of Dar es Salaam

2. Price – Our selling price is high compare to our competitors

As discussed with you, we have agreed to give you until 31 January 2022 to meet the
standards required. This means that you are required to prove your eligibility by that date. To
be successful and overcome your challenges, you were given initial tasks below;

A) Submit the written oath on the first working day of the new year promising the company
that you are able to commit yourself to perform what is required by the office based on
the discussion made on 30 December 2021.

B) Make a precise marketing plan with details and expected outcomes.

C) Submit marketing price list.

Reviewing your performance above,

Your oath below (quoted as it is) was made after being reminded and was submitted on the
first working day of yours at 12:20. Some of your mentioned are not even your oath but your
arrogant suggestions which make us disappointed. With that, we consider as if you didn’t
understand the discussion or your motivation towards duties is not improved.

Your oath;
I) I will make sure the challenges which we are facing from the market to be mentioned With
details in the daily report so that understand the whole structure market.

II) I will make sure to advise the demanded tires so that we can run the tire business
smoothly according to market conditions.

III) I will make sure the car to be washed everyday as per the management advise,so that to
take care of company's property.

IV) I will make sure the Sales is done according to market demand and to be mentioned the
demanded tires and not according to any demand.Sales could be down due to the
unavailability of the demanded tires as we need to import the demanded/Sellable tires which
are on demand at present in the tire market.

V) I will make sure to provide the genuine information of the entire tyre business.

VI) Company should also provide a proper office.

VII) Sales were down from the three month ago due to the unavailability of the most
demanded tires,most of the customers were out of Dar es salaam as they went for holiday.

Paragraph B and C were submitted on 15 January 2022 which is way far to company
satisfactory.
You didn’t wash the car as you promised in the oath, not only that, you asked Mr. Tom to do
the same which we find it lack of etiquette / moral as an employee.
You sold 4 pcs of tyres and no lubricants within half of month – Many efforts are required as
a main sales representative.

I must warn you that, in view of previous warnings you have been given and your
performance after discussion till to date, if you fail to meet the standards required as above
within another 15 days, your monthly salary from February will be Tsh500,000/= changeable.
It is considered as an appropriate value of you with your performance and attitude you
contributed to us for the past weeks so far.

Please take it as last chance and show us your best ability. In meantime would you please
acknowledge of receipt.
