Dear Mr. Elon Musk:

I am writing this letter to inform you on a huge partnership proposal request I
have for you on the sky rocketing industry of hybrid electrical vehicle
production.
As the head of technological research of Mitsubishi Motors, I would be
requesting a proposal to venture together in the production of Electrical
Vehicles. This request was put forward after an assessment on your
technological success which would help our company to grow in according to
the global technological demand.
This business venture partnership I would like to believe would be very
beneficial with the technological advancement which has a desire to go green
as a means of reducing the Global warming effect. With further considerations
the introduction of this new technology would help our country Zimbabwe to
access cheaper means of transport as it would reduce purchasing of fuel to run
engines.
I hope our business venture partnership proposal will be a success and both of
the firms benefit from it without any failure brought forward.

FROM: SUPERVISOR OF THE STENOGRAPHERS, MR PERCY K MAWODZA
SUBJECT: TYPING ERRORS IN RECENTLY WRITTEN LETTERS
I am writing this memorandum on behalf of the Papyrus company board as
your supervisor to nullify on the problems involving the letters l recently
received from you. Due to your miscellaneous typing errors in your recent
letters the company is now in fear of facing a drastic decline in the means of
production and also destroying the dignity of our company. The letters you
have compiled are generally lacking accurate punctuation and proper
grammar, with this we becoming to lose faith in you. As you’re the chief typist
we would have expected much better from you as you tend to hold the
company’s dignity in your hands.
This concern was put forward as a means to maintain the dignity of our
company which would help us achieve our preliminary goals without any
failure and to see we if could work together without any problems
encountered along our journey. This was after consideration of the recent
typing errors you have been making on the recent petition tender letters you
have been publishing which has to change with immediate effect. The Papyrus
company has a vision to extend its branches to the whole of Southern Africa
and with you on board performing so dismally it is almost as impossible.
The company board has decided to give you a final warning as you show great
potential in improving on the problem’s we have encountered with you which
we would be glad to call them acts of the past. As the Supervisor of the
stenographers, it is my duty to ensure proper conduct in the management of
each department including yours Mr Kasukuwere. The board has put all its
hopes on you as they would like you to fix all typing errors in your recent
letters starting from the one sent on behalf of Papyrus company to tender
number 34556U (TV Home sales and supplies) on the purchase of office chairs
on the 24th of September 2022 with immediate effect.
With this taken into consideration we would be so glad to have you on board
on our journey to achieve our 2025 vision. All letters you will be assigned to I
expect you to check them thoroughly in order to obtain the best results as
