Technical Requirements

(1)Foundation Requirements：
1 、 The excavation size of concrete column foundation shall meet the design
requirements of drawings. After excavation，tamp with hand-held vibrating rammer，A layer
of 100 mm thick C17 cushion concrete shall be placed at the bottom ， then pour concrete
foundation ， The size of the concrete foundation is 600mm×600mm×300mm （ see
drawings）。
2、The C17 concrete mix ratio is (in weight)：cement：sand(0-4.75)：small rock(4.75-
19.5)：medium rock(19.5-37.5)：big rock(37.5-80)：water=421:602:239:358:596:181。
3、The foundation and beam main reinforcement are ribbed steel，13mm in diameter.
Stirrups are round steel，6mm in diameter. The yield strength is 300Mpa. The thickness of
the steel protection layer is 25mm, unless otherwise noted. The quality of steel bar should
meet the Indonesian SNI standard.
4、After pouring the concrete column foundation, the foundation pit shall be backfilled
with sand, gravel or soil and compacted by hand-supported vibration tamping (see
drawings).
(2)Wall requirements:
1 、 The house wall is a brick wall structure ， The wall thickness is 200 mm. Masonry
mortar plastering M7.5. Brick adopts uniform standards.
2 、 Internal and external wall mortar plastering twice with the thickness of 10mm.
Plastering mortar mark M10.
3、Paint the interior wall of the house with milky white wall paint The exterior wall shall
be painted with beige paint. Exterior wall paint requires waterproof characteristics.
4、Set tie bars between the column and the wall. In the direction of column height, 2 φ
6 tie bars are arranged every 500mm ~ 600mm to tie the wall, each side extending into the
wall should not be less than 500mm （see drawings）.
(3)Windows and Doors:
1、The windows are equipped with dense screens with aperture of 1x1mm to prevent
mosquito.
2、Use felt to fill the gaps between the window leaf.
3 、 The window leaf is in close contact with the window frame guide rail, and the
drawing is smooth.
4、Office glass doors are double-open style, with latex seams on the door leaf and the
surrounding glass panels。
(4)Roof Requirements:
1、The house roof adopts light steel roof truss.
2 、 The roof tile shall be dark rede color steel tile (silencing) with the size of
750×1200mm. It is required to select tile with good sound and heat insulation effect.
3、The eaves of the house should be installed with galvanized iron water interception
trough, the interception trough collects rainwater and flows into the drainage ditch through
￠100mm PVC pipe.
4、The ceiling of the room uses mineral wool sound-absorbing panels with the size of
300mm*300mm*0.8mm,600mm*600mm*1mm. And the outer layer is painted with acrylic
emulsion for waterproofing
(5)Other Ancillary Facilities Requirements:
1 、 2 * 1.5mm²/copper wire is used for socket wires.2*10mm²/copper wire is used for
19.6m²/office socket main line.2*6mm²/copper wire is used for 70.7m²/office socket main
line. Air conditioner socket wire uses 2*1.5mm²/.Air conditioner socket main line adopts
2*4mm²/.
2 、 Single connection and single control switch is used in the corridor.19.6m2//office
adopts double-connection single-control switch.70.7m2//office adopts quadruple-connection
single-control switch, or 2 double-connection single-control switches in each room. Single-
connection single-control switch and double-connection single-control switch are used
outdoors. Main lighting line adopts 2*1.5mm2//copper wire.
5、Floor tiles for offices, conference rooms and aisles are 400×400 mm of white color；
The skirting size is 400 × 100 mm of black color. The floor of toilet is made of non slip
ceramic tile ， and the size of internal wall tiles is 200 mm * 300 mm of white color ， the
height of wall tile is 1500mm.
6、The outdoor water supply main pipe of the house adopts a PPR pipe with an inner
diameter of 50mm，Outdoor sewage pipe adopts Φ150mm, 3.5mm thick PVC pipe.
7 、 PPR pipe with inner diameter of 20 mm shall be used for indoor water supply
pipe，and Φ 125mm, 3.5mmm thick PVC pipe is used as the sewage pipe.
(6)Floor:
1 、 After the completion of concrete foundation pouring ， Level the room and tamped
with hand-held vibration，200mm gravel soil，and tamped with hand-held vibration,then lay
the linoleum felt moisture barrier,and pour 100mm thick C20 concrete on it ，The floor tiles
shall be pasted after pouring.
M7.5, m10 mortar and C17 concrete mix proportion is attached：
Proportion of temporary construction brick masonry and brick wall plastering
This mix ratio is provided by the on-site laboratory of the Batang Toru Hydroelectric Power Plant of Sinohydro.
M7.5 is the mix ratio of brick masonry mortar，M10 is the mixing ratio of wall plastering.
