Executive Summary:
 The report shows pre And Post DT analysis for West Imi town.
 Highlights the optimization gap between Pre and Post Drive Test Along With The basic KPIs Parameters.
 It is one part of regional optimization action plan to optimize Both Voice And Data mobile network coverage and quality.

Objective Of the Report:


 Measuring and assessing the coverage and quality of service of a wireless radio network
 To improve the existing network Quality and capacity
 To improve the offered service quality for fulfillment of customer demand.
 To maintain the KPIs under pre-defined threshold.
 To effectively reuse the available bandwidth and frequency carries in order to avoid internal interference and
service degradation.

Drive test result shows that West Imi Town Gsm Coverage is Very Good And Within The Threshold.
When we implemented for site 151263 sector 1, 2 & 3. and finally This Shows 0% of Bad While 100% Is
Good Which Means it is an excellent since it is above the threshold.

After We Implemented for site 151263 sector 1, 2 & 3 and 151592 Sector 2 the Result Shows 0.3% Is Bad While 99.7% Is
Good
Which Means there is an Excellent improvement of west imi town Quality Network.

After We Have Done An Implementation and We Brought 100%
which means TxPow(dBm) is an excellent

 Near site is not a dominant serving cell.  Near site as dominant serving(151263)
 Overshooting cells from far distance. compression from other site distance.
 Too many serving cells (151062,151592).  By antenna adjustment for site id 151263_3.
 and this situation affects coverage and quality.  Parameter correction.

CONCLUSION & RECOMMENDATION

Conclusion.
 In generally there is great improvement For West Imi Town Both Coverage and DL Throughput Data after
optimization activities has been done.

Recommendation.
 Regular DT Measurement and analysis will improve coverage performance and customer experience to the
network.
