    PRINTER

    is a device that accepts text and graphic output from a computer and transfers the information to paper,
    usually to standard size sheets of paper.

    A printer maintenance process makes reference to cleaning and other operations meant to keep the
    printer functioning right. When it comes to printers, cleaning should be done both on the outside and
    inside. So, before starting anything, read the user’s manual of the printer you own.

    LAPTOP
    It functions similar to monitor used in desktop PC. It is known as output device as it is used to display
    output to the user in desired format.

    It’s important to take care of some of its maintenance needs every week or month.
