1. In line with the Department of Education (DepEd) strategic program for the
upskilling and reskilling of public school teachers and school leaders, DepEd,
through the National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP) has formed a
partnership with authorized Learning Service Providers (LSPs) to give teachers and
school leaders access to a wide range of NEAP-recognized professional development
programs and courses that are integrated, aligned to the Philippine Professional
Standards for Teachers (PPST) and supportive of their career progression.

2. On January 2021, the NEAP, in partnership with Southeast Asian Institute of

Educational Training Inc., (SEAIETI) invites teaching and non-teaching personnel to
their online/self-paced program. The International Training on High Impact
Teaching in the Digital Era and the International Educational Leadership
Training Program: An Online Self-Paced Learning Series for Teaching
Personnel and The International Digital Workplace Leadership: An Online Self-
Paced Program for Non-Teaching Personnel in an Educational Organization
for Non-teaching Personnel. Relative to this, the pre-registered teachers are
enjoined to fill-up the online enrolment form as per the attached link.

3. The short courses from SEAIETI shall be administered online which provides
participants greater flexibility both in time and tasks and shall run from February to
May 2022, through asynchronous learning sessions.

4. Attached herewith are the following:

a) list of pre-registered teachers and school heads per program;

b) registration and orientation link per program;
c) indicative schedule of activities;
d) Letter of Intent; and
e) Scholars Action Plan (to be submitted after participants’ orientation).

link http://bit.ly/HRD-ASOS until February 28, 2022.

5. All pre-registered participants are enjoined to enroll online as per link provided
until January 31, 2022.
