Comments and Suggestions to improve the Program/ Training Design:

Crafting of a training proposal is not an easy one . It needs patience and commitment . The
Teacher’s Individual Development Plan were assessed to come with a School Development Plan.
From the result of SDP , the School Training Team come up with the summary of the personnel’s
strength and needs.
Among the 3 strength listed in the School Development Plan are the following :
1. Applying knowledge of content within and across curriculum teaching areas;
2. Establishing safe and secure learning environments to enhance learning through the
consistent implementation of policies , guidelines and procedures;
3. Maintaining learning environments that are responsive to community context.
The three topmost needs of the school are the following:
1. Mental Health in the School Setting;
2. Monitoring and evaluating learner progress and achievement using learner data;
3. Selecting , developing , organizing and using appropriate teaching and learning resources
including ICT to address learning goals.

With collaboration and sharing of ideas and concepts , the Training Needs Assessment based
activities for the in-service training was created.
To improve the training design for future seminars , it is highly suggested that the Division L
and D Team would give specific topics for discussion to avoid confusion and misinterpretation of
the memorandum.
