lemonzest?)
arugula, golden raisin, marcona almond, parm salad, lemon/oil dressing

dinner:
salmon kebobs w/ yogurt sauce and jasmine rice
kebob: salmon, red onion, bell pepper
salmon spice marinade: cumin, curry paste, ginger, garlic,    coconut milk, oil? --
squeeze lemon and sprinkle with cilantro after cooking
yogurt sauce: greek yogurt, lemon, zest, cilantro, garlic, ginger, salt/pepper

SOAK skewers for 10 min.
