MY NEW ROUTINE

Hi, my name is Ali and I am a high school student from France. My family and I have a new routine
during quarantine.
We get up at 7 ‘o clock every morning. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, my grandmother Zara
and I make a breakfast, but on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays my parents make breakfast for the
family.
At 8:15 a.m. from Monday to Friday, my father Malik goes to work because he is an essential worker.
He works at pharmacy; my mother Fatima teaches English from home and I study remotely using the
computer.
After that, my mom and I exercise in the living room every day for 20 minutes at 11 a.m., and then we
clean the house with my grandma from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
At 1:30, my grandma, my mom and I have lunch together and then we rest from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30
p.m.
Every evening when my dad comes home from work at 5 p.m., we play cards together and ó clock, we
have dinner.
On Sundays, we all make the breakfast together at 8:30 a.m. and we watch a movie after lunch.

SIMPLE PRESENT

Para conjugar el presente simple usamos el infinitivo para los sujetos “I”, “You”, “We” y “They” y
para las terceras personas “he”, “she” y “it”, añadimos una “-s” al final del verbo.

1. En mi audio saludos a la docente: Good morning – Good afternoon
2. En mi audio leo en voz alta manteniendo un volumen audible.
3. En mi audio pronuncio correctamente cada palabra y oración dándole
sentido a lo que he escrito.
4. En mi audio ejecuto una buena entonación que permite entender mi
estado de ánimo al leer mi texto.
5. En mi audio, cuando leo en voz alta, hago pausas y silencios que son
necesarios para ajustar el ritmo de mi lectura.
