APQP SRV’s Template
What is the APQP SRV’s Template?
Review and complete all the APQP tasks on time.

What is the difference between the actual GM1927-11 APQP Valve Assessments versus the
APQP SRV’s Template?

With the APQP SRV’s Template, we have the target date for each task and we can perform a
review every week in where at least 5 to 9 tasks can be reviewed it to ensure completion, doing
so, we will avoid any open item during the SRV review date, we will know since week -106 if
some tasks from the SRV1 are not complete instead of week -76.

With the APQP SRV’s Template, we are following the APQP task by task and not just doing a
"check list" during the SRV review date.
APQP SRV’s Template
Pros
• Living document, adding new programs daily, weekly, monthly.
• Clear vision of when the SRV tasks must occur.
• Standardized planning for SQEs and suppliers.
• Review and complete all SRV tasks on time.
• Aware about missing or incomplete SRV tasks before SRV review
date.
• Complete knowledge about the current status for any program.

Cons
• Manual updates.
