Terms & Conditions:

 Logistics & Procurement Department will inform the selected vendor the quantity of packs weekly
as per session held in the host & camps.
 It is highly recommended to the vendor can store monthly or fortnightly minimum packs regarding
weekly demand at his own warehouse so that the supplier can deliver the required packs instant.
 Pack size will be in two categories. Large size & Small Size which will be informed before delivery.
 There will be a definite delivery point/warehouse at Host Areas. Vendor has to deliver the packs to
the warehouse before the day of delivery. So, vendor should store minimum 3 session hygiene kits
as per requirement to the warehouse for avoiding disorder of delivery schedule.
 If the supplier fails to deliver the packs of hygiene kits in due time, he will be disqualified or
cancelled BoA automatically. So, it’s a fatal issue to follow.
 Vendor has to deliver the required quantity to the Camps Area by acceptable transport during the
date of delivery. But the supplier can store the quantity of needs for Camp area in our warehouses
taking his own responsibilities.
