Terms & Condition:

 Work to be completed as per attached during BOQ at Kutupalong Ext. Refugee
Camp (Camp # 5),Ukhiya, Cox's Bazar as project timeline.
 Construction work (Casting, Plaster, Masonry work, etc), Carrying, transportation,
loading, unloading and so on should be complete between 8.30 A.M to 5.00 P.M by
the vendor at its own liability.
 Payment will be made through A/C Payee Cheque Only after successfully
completion of Work
 Price must be quoted including Income Tax, VAT which will be deducted from the
bill as per Govt. existing rules and regulations.
 NGO Forum reserves the right to increase or decrease the order quantity or split the
work order if necessary.

  Contractor will be penalized if the job done improperly or not maintain the required
criteria.

support Project office with seal & signature by 7th October 2018 utile 4.30 PM to the
following address. NGO Forum reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tender
proposal or can cancel the total tender procedure without showing any reason.
