Myself

I believe the grade I deserve is a B. While I rarely took on a leadership role for my fellow
group members, I always did all my assigned work in a timely manner with satisfactory quality.
The only assignment I did take up leadership on was the Instructions Project, where I was
primarily in charge of the design of our construction and did most of the writing and editing of
the written instructions. I also often helped other group members with their work, editing their
writing and offering suggestions to help improve their work. I did most of the editing and
revisions on the Case Study, fixing grammar and spelling, as well as making some additions to
sections and rewording sentences. Additionally, I provided many links, images, and statistics
that were used in various projects, including the Pitch Presentation, RFP, and Final Multimedia
Project. Because of my consistent output and my involvement in assisting other group
members, I believe my work deserves a B.

Karis Dice

I believe Karis deserves an A grade for her work in class. Karis consistently took up a leadership
role for most assignments, even being the one to initially suggest our groups final topic. She
helped lead the Group Charter and RFP and was very involved in the Pitch Presentation,
especially with the handout. Karis was also very involved in other’s work, offering suggestions
and checking progress of her fellow group members. Additionally, Karis played a major role in
most of the design elements for our presentations and graphics. Finally, Karis was almost
always present at meetings and rarely late without prior communication. For her leadership,
quality work, and involvement, I would recommend that Karis receive an A.

Nathan Del Guanto

For Nathan’s contribution to the group, I believe he deserves a B. Firstly, Nathan did complete
all of his assigned work in timely fashion with time leftover to edit it. Unfortunately, most of his
writing required at least moderate editing of grammar and structure to bring it up to an
acceptable level of quality, especially in the Case Study assignment and the Pitch Presentation.
Nathan rarely took on a leadership role but did handle the creation of the website and games
almost entirely on his own. I also believe he did a very good job with our various presentations,
often being one of the most vocal group members. While Nathan did what was required of him
and was helpful for our presentation assignments, I believe a B is a fitting grade due to most of
his writing requiring a fair amount of editing and his tendency to only due what was asked of
him.

Trinity Fagan

Finally, I believe that Trinity also deserves a B grade. To my memory, Trinity never took lead on any
assignments and, while she would offer suggestions, wasn’t a big decision maker for the group.
However, she always did her work in a timely matter and it was always of high quality, almost never
needing much fixing or editing. Trinity provided large amounts of research that were used for the final
project, Case Study, and Pitch Presentation, as well as often helping with formatting for various citations.
Additionally, Trinity was also very good at giving feedback to other group members and keeping us
updated on her progress, especially with her survey. While she didn’t often take lead on assignments, I
believe Trinity deserves a B for her quality work and communication with the group.
