SCOPE OF SUPPLY

HEATER
One Heat exchanger consisting of two closely wound helical concentric coils
arranged to give three passes on flue gas side made out of ERW tubes
confirming to BS: 3059 Part I suitable for high temperature

One Single jacketed to enclose the heat exchanger coil dully insulated with
mineral wool and coated with color coated sheets

AUXILIARIES

One Dust protected, prewired wall mounted air cooled control panel housing a
Burner Management System, Switch gear consisting of contactors,
Overload relays, fuses/ MCB etc…

One Centrifugal Thermic fluid circulating pump suitable for high temperaure
operation, directly to an electric motor, mounted on a common base frame

One Deaerator-cum-expansion tank consisting of expansion, Deaerator and buffer


vessels, gauge glass assembly and level switch. Nozzles are provided for inlet &
outlet on deaerator, for drain on buffer vessel and for overflow,air vent & top
up on expansion vessel

One Monobloc Pressure Jet spill return ON/OFF burner suitable for light
oil(HSD) with inbuilt combustion blower assembly along with motor and
high voltage spark ignition for burner light up. The blower will be mounted
with fuel oil pump

EXCLUSIONS

1. Chimney and flue gas duct between THERMOPAC and chimney.

2. Storage, Service tanks for Fuel Oil/Gas, Thermic Fluid etc. and piping
required up to THERMOPAC.

3. Thermic fluid storage tank and topping up pump.

4. All user equipment, their heat exchangers, automatic and manual valves and
temperature controllers etc.

5. All types of lagging of pipelines, combined deaerator-cum-expansion


tank and insulation wherever required.

6. All civil and structural work for installing the THERMOPAC.

7. CO2 for smothering and CO2 line up to our battery limits (stop valve).

8. Thermic fluid, Fuel oil/gas, water, power, compressed air, Labour, tools
and tackles, consumables etc. required for assembly, erection,
commissioning and operation of THERMOPAC.

9. All electrical wiring such as from Thermic fluid pump motor and from level switch
in deaerator-cum-expansion tank up to control panel, main supply cable to control
panel etc.

10. Any other items not specifically mentioned in our offer.


Commercial Terms & Conditions

1. OPERATING PARAMETERS:

- Model : TPCM - 02

- Heat output ( Kcal/hr) : 2,00,000

- Maximum unit outlet temperature : 280°C

- Fuel : HSD/LDO

- Thermal Efficiency (based on NCV) : 87 ± 2 %

- Electrical supply : AC 3 phase, 415 ± 6%,


50 Hz., ± 3%,4 wire system

2. PRICE SCHEDULE: Ex-Works, Pune

- Price of 1 No. of unit : Rs. 4, 49,000/-

- Packing & forwarding charges : 3 % extra

- Supervision of Erection & Commissioning shall be done “Free of Cost” as part of


our services to the customer.

3. PRICE BASIS:

The prices mentioned above are ex-works, Pune and shall exclude the
following charges:

- Excise duty @ 12.36% extra and CST @ 2% against Form-C


- Octroi, transit Insurance and freight from our works to your site extra.

NOTE: The above mentioned taxes and levies shall be charged as per the rates
prevailing at the time of delivery.

Statutory Variation
“ Any additional taxes, duties and levies/imposition of new taxes, duties and levies at
the time of execution of this contract (till the time of final invoice) either due to
change in law or due to any interpretations of Tax authorities, shall be extra to
Purchaser’s account and shall be paid to Supplier.”
4. PAYMENT TERMS

40% advance along with the order.


Balance payment along with taxes and duties against Proforma invoice prior to
dispatch.

5. DELIVERY PERIOD

The equipment shall be ready for delivery at our works in 9 Weeks from the
date of technically and commercially clear order with requisite advance.

6. VALIDITY

The offer is open for acceptance for a period of 30 days from this date.
