 Graham welcomed and thanked everyone for turning up and conveyed a special thanks to Tamsy Griffen
(Lima’s daughter), in Australia, for her assistance and support so far and to Michele Fong for hosting the
first Taylor meeting.
 Graham proposed for a Taylors function for those in Fiji to be organised to promote family familiarity prior to
the main Reunion (for all families Fiji and abroad), to be held within the next 2 years. This was agreed by all.
 A committee was appointed and the following were nominated for:

 President – Graham Taylor

 Event coordinator – Charles Taylor
 Treasurer – Donna Taylor
Assisting members: Michele Fong, Ruby Elbourne, Pearl Elbourne, Claudette Taylor & Tim Taylor

by each family of the 13 siblings

 Final programme to be finalised by Charles
 Flyer to be designed by Graham and posted on
facebook
Identification  Colour coding was suggested whereby each of  Cherie to seek material and
of families the 13 families are distinguished by their advise all on the cost etc on
fabric/colour facebook
 Name tags also suggested
Other  Family tree to be drawn up  All requested to collect info to be
noted in the next meeting
Next meeting  12pm on Sat 18 June at the Bowling Club, Suva  Please encourage others to
participate

 President closed the meeting and requested all to disseminate the above information to other family
members as soon as possible.
