Introduction

A healthy lifestyle, is not only to perform actions such as eating balanced, or playing

sports, but instead to carry out activities that make you feel satisfied in the way of

living, such as expressing emotions and not just keeping them, since this would harm

the well-being in which the person is; For this reason, to take this from the beginning to

the end of its realization, it is necessary to create strategies, which could also be called a

healthy life plan.


Healthy lifestyles

1.Healthy life concept

Healthy life is understood as that way of life in which the person maintains a

harmonious balance in their diet, physical, intellectual activity, recreation (especially

outdoors) rest, hygiene and spiritual peace.

2.Types of healthy lifestyles


Practice physical exercise: A moderate physical activity performed regularly,

beneficially affects health, the main health benefits has to do with cardiovascular

problems.

Proper Nutrition: Proper nutrition is essential, to achieve a healthy state, most diseases

are closely related to the diet (for example, diabetes, tooth decay). A good nutritional

practice is characterized by a balanced diet, containing minerals, proteins, vitamins, and

adequate consumption, avoiding excessive food intake.

Avoid drug use: These substances are a source of health problems and give rise to

different kinds of cancers, respiratory diseases, ischemic heart disease, cerebrovascular

diseases, etc. It is necessary that drug use be eliminated or minimized.

Development of a lifestyle that minimizes negative emotions: Negative emotions

constitute a health risk, because they influence health through different mechanisms, the

best known is the General Adaptation Syndrome also called Labrador, this is when a

person is in a stressful situation when they face situations that involve behavioral

demands that are difficult for them to make or satisfy.


3.Recommendations of a healthy life

1.You should eat vegetables.

2.You must eat 3 fruits per day.

3.You may stop playing so much time on the


internet.

4.You should do physical activity at least


three times a week, this
5.You must not eat sweets

6.You must drink water, at least 7 to 8


glasses of water per day.
