The Secret of Happiness
Money can indeed be brought happiness to people, but can even bunch of money brought
you good health and true people? What can we do to be surrounds with good people and have good
health?

According to the Chinese Proverbs, “If you want happiness for an hour, take a nap. If you
want happiness for a day, go fishing. If you want happiness for a year, inherit a fortune. If you
want happiness for a lifetime, help somebody "; this proverb has a lot of importance in our lives,
such as self-love, because we only have one life to live, so we must take care of and love ourselves.
And we must eat in order to live a long life, but we can only eat if we work hard enough to earn
money, thus it is critical to work harder in order to provide everything we require and desire in
life. So, while money is vital, life is the most important thing, so we must rest if we are exhausted,
but not for lengthy periods of time, because it is beautiful to live on this earth despite the trials that
we face. It is also crucial to serve humanity as a human. To achieve harmony and peace in life, we
must appreciate and treat one another as fellow human beings. And it is preferable to give than
receive. And also, what we give is what we received.

Therefore, we have to be true to those people who surround us, be a good example in
everything, due to the fact that we, as a person, can only be happy if we show who we really are
and find out what our real happiness is.

TASK 7.3
Which of the Filipino traits do you believe are needed for a moral recovery program?
Justify your choices

As for me is the pakikipagkapwa-tao, because we are Filipinos, open to others and feel one with
them. Others are treated with dignity and respect, and we treat them as fellow humans. It manifests
itself through a fundamental sense of justice and fairness, as well as care for others. It can be seen
in the Filipinos' ability to sympathize with others, their helpfulness and generosity in times of need,
the practice of bayanihan, or mutual aid, and their well-known Filipino hospitality. And we
Filipinos have pakikiramdam, or sensitivity to others' sentiments, pagtitiwala, or trust, and utang-
na-loob, or thankfulness. Filipinos are extremely sensitive to the quality of interpersonal
connections and are extremely reliant on them as a result of pakikipagkapwa-tao. We feel satisfied
and secure when our relationships are satisfactory. And this pakikipagkapwa-tao also contributes
to the promotion of unity and a feeling of social justice.
