interest markets and they engage over 87 million people across the globe each
month. Immediate Media first started in November 2011 with 750 staff members and
20 million EBITDA Also in November 2011 BBC Good Food magazine was named
app of the year, in October 2012 portfolio launched Kindle Fire, in March 2013 they
acquired UK's largest triathlon show, in September 2013 BBC good food named
digital magazine of the year, in November 2013 Radio Times "Vote Dalek" cover
named PPA'S cover of the century also in November 2013 they were selected to
publish brands by LEGO such as LEGO Chima, in July 2014 they acquired Cycling
and Craft portfolios from Future PLC also in July 2014 Radio Times discover TV and
MadeForMums/Heinz Baby apps win at AOP Awards, in September 2014 they
became patrons for the Prince's trust, in January 2015 they acquired hitched the UKs
number one digital wedding planning marketplace, in January 2017 Immediate was
acquired by Hubert Burda Media, in January 2019 Immediate acquires Upper Street
