Dear, Mr. Andre,

I just fresh graduated from Clinical Nutrition study program, majoring in health at the
Jember State Polytechnic. I intend to apply for a job as a nutritionist at Balung Hospital. I’am
interested to fill the position. I found your job advert on the Jooble Website. I am interested
in seeing job advertisements as a nutritionist and pay close attention to any requirements
needed to apply for a job.
I have a strong passion for work, able to communicate well, with a clinical nutrition
education background, practical field work experience at dr. Subandi Hospital, making me an
good candidate for a position as a nutritionist. I want to work at Balung Hospital because
there are nutritionist who are reliable and understand well about the nutritional problems of
patients and the community, so that with my experience and according to my educational
background, then it will be able to help improve the quality of nutrition management for
patients at the Balung Hospital and I also want to work as part of the nutrition staff at the
Balung Hospital to play an important role in healing patients through nutritional intake. My
skills are the ability to think critically, be able to make correct decisions, have a high level of
concern and a friendly personality, good manner, high enthusiasm, can manage time well so
that work will be completed without wasting time, can operate Microsoft word and excel, and
operate nutrisurvey application. My experience is that I have participated in a member of the
class consultative assembly in 2014 and biological competition to make healthy food
products from taro leaves. My achievement is completing clinical nutrition studies on time.
My qualifications can benefit Balung Hospital. With a clinical nutrition undergraduate
education background, has passed the competency test, registration certificate, and
experience, makes me more professional in the scope of standardized nutritional care services
to patients so that this can increase the performance value of nutrition services at Balung
Hospital, and I always follow developments science in the field of health nutrition.
I hope positively in getting the opportunity to join a part of Balung Hospital. So that I
can convey, Thank you for your attention and wisdom.
