Statement of Purpose

Template and Guidance

The Statement of Purpose is a core document as part of your application to BPP. We will use this
document to evaluate whether you are suitable for your chosen programme of study and to confirm
that you are a genuine and credible student.

We are only able to offer a place to students who:

 Meet the academic and English entry criteria for the chosen programme
 Can demonstrate that the chosen programme will genuinely enhance their career goals
 Will meet the additional criteria set out by the UKVI to be granted a study visa*

It is therefore extremely important that you put significant effort into completing this statement of
purpose.

Instructions

1. Read all the questions and do your own research

2. Complete each section. We expect a minimum of 350 words per section
3. Ask a colleague or friend to read your statement and give you feedback (you might want to
do several drafts)
4. Make sure you are writing in your OWN words – DO NOT ‘cut and paste’ from websites or
other resources
5. You can use a spell checker, but you will also need to proofread your statement for spelling
and grammar (or you may ask a friend or colleague to do so)
6. Be honest – do not exaggerate on your achievements – remember you may be required to
attend an interview by either BPP University or a representative of the UK Home Office to
secure your visa and they will use this statement to ask questions
7. Make sure you allow enough time to complete this statement and to get it reviewed

*Criteria include, ability to finance the course, appropriate personal circumstances, evidence of
appropriate level of English, ability to clearly demonstrate that the programme of study will
genuinely enhance your career prospects

Additional Notes

1. If you are applying for a second Masters’ programme, please ensure you explain clearly
why the second programme will help you with your future career
2. If you have not completed a programme at a previous institution (for example if you
exited with a certificate or diploma) please explain why this happened
3. If your previous study is in a different academic discipline, please explain why you are
changing
4. If there has been a time gap between your previous studies, please tell us what you have
been doing during this time
SECTION 1: Personal Introduction and Background

This section should be used to introduce yourself and explain what you have
studied/accomplished to date. Please include the following:

What you have studied to date and what you have enjoyed learning

Where have you learned English and how have you developed your language skills?

SECTION 2: BPP and your chosen programme of study

This section should be used to explain what you want to do now. It should build on the previous

What is it about the BPP programme which interests you?

Why are you suitable for the course?

This section should be used to explain what you want to do in the future. It should build on the
previous section and should include the following:

Section 1: Personal Information and Background (max 350 words)

The Health and Medical industries are improving drastically and upgrading with the increase
in its demand , in which I want myself to be prepared to face the challenges by the
competitive world. I am Dishantkumar Shureshbhai Kathiriya from Amreli City,Which is
situated in Gujarat state.In my academics I have completed SSC and HSC in the year 2015
and 2017 from Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Board with 59.33% and 47%
Respectively. After that,i have completed my Bachelor of Pharmacy in the year 2021 from
Gujarat Technological University With 8.06 CGPA .I have enjoyed my education because it
was in English-Language which developed and enhanced my communication skill through
the Workshops,Seminars,Dissertation conducted by the universities. From my education i
have realized that i am still lacking in receiving-depth information needed to become excel
and specialized in the medical company. Thus , i have decided to study abroad and to
explore more in the field of Health-Industry and to Pursue Msc in Healthcare Leadership from
BPP University because with the assist of leadership and management skills one can
contribute effectively in managing a whole organization with strategic planning, handling
critical condition and managing personnels well.
 Section 2: BPP and Your Chosen Programme of Study (max 350 words)

United-Kingdom has high rated education system in the world. Apart from that,it is
considered as the"Home of Education"In addition to that,it also provide lot of campus
placement which can help me to increase my skill in this particular field. Moreover, the Cost
of Living , accommodation and tuition fees are much more affordable than any other region.
It also provide the greatest quality of education to its students for the development of there
career and future . Furthermore, United-Kingdom focuses on providing best to its students
and helping them to accomplish there goals and dreams in any core segment of academic
career and also it welcomes its pupils with open arms,so that students can’t feel away from
there parents,siblings,relatives and friends. The primary motto of choosing academic career
in UK is that it develops the professionalism of its students along within-depth knowledge of
the subject matter.

I have decided to Pursue my Masters in BPP University, London. The most Prominent
reason to choose this university is due to High Success rate of students and wide Course
options in every field. It has suitable campus environment. The teaching Faculties are highly
trained, experts and widely experience in their field. One of the main reason is Fees is very
affordable and also the accommodation facilities are very much good and affordable. The
University provides many facilities such as Library, Canteens, Student help department etc.
The design of the courses are prepared in well mannered which can help the student to
develop in their Careers. The Masters degree in this university will lead on Higher position.

I developed a keen interest in the Healthcare domain. I started research for the courses
related to this stream, and while researching, I came across MSC Healthcare Leadership
program. I researched about career prospects in this field and found that the career
prospects are very wide. I want to gain further advanced knowledge and aspire to make my
career in this particular field which led me to opt for this course. MSc Healthcare Leadership
programme will provide students with an overview of the healthcare domain's professional
structure as well as assistance on how to become leaders in that field. The diversity of the
kids will also aid in improving the students' learning outcomes. This course assists students
in gaining a thorough understanding of important principles and putting them into practice in
the field of NHS leadership. It also aids in gaining a thorough understanding of the new
regions, local area teams, and clinical commissioning groups established by the NHS
Commissioning Board. Its affiliation with the NHS is also beneficial to students' long-term
prospects. Students will study leadership strategies, teamwork, and how to influence a group
for organizational development. You will learn to implement and design organizational
educational strategies. I will benefit from an organized management of events that will allow
me to acquire the information, skills and practices necessary to support a profession in this
area.
 Section 3: Your Future Career (max 350 words)

I will be prepared to participate in the international market after completing this course at
BPP University in the United Kingdom. My scope of intervention will broaden as a result of
my decision to pursue this field, which broadens my options.

After finishing the course, I will come back to my home country and use my sensible skills
and international knowledge to achieve higher standards of expertise in this field. To develop
my practical knowledge, I will work with Hospital like BAPS Hospital, V.S.Hospital, S.V.P
Hospital or AIMS Hospital as a management position, Health Administrator,Clinical manager
etc with 5 Lacs to 8 Lacs per annum.
